I didn't know whether to put this in CC thread or this one, so I gave this one the benefit of doubt. I would like to thank Prabha Di for introducing me to Siddhanth.😊 It unfortunately started at a time where soaps had gained precdence and therefore shows like this and SS couldn't survive, but it did go on for a good amount of time. Anyways, I didn't give it a try really until Prabha Di had posted a link earlier in this thread, and I must say I was pretty impressed. Each and every actor has finnesse in them, and was a perfect combo of emerging and veteran actors.

I am right now on the episode where Ashwini Kalsekar is introduced, and I must say, no wonder she left CID. I feel she wasn't given her potential in this show. Of course, she had her moments, like the Rina Raj episode, but in Siddhanth, she outdoes all that 👏 She is given more screenspace, and a better opportunity to prove herself and her capabilities and the role was also tailor-made for her. Sorry to say, but after watching this, I'd remember her first as her role in Siddhanth, and then as Inspector Asha.

Also, isn't the freelance jorunalist who accompanies Siddhanth the actoress who played Priyanka in CID?

So how many people saw the Life Line Story aired in Raat Hone Ko Hai? Frankly its only for Adi Sir that I sat through it. It was a torture. A horrible plot with Adi Sir's performance being the only saving grace. But I felt he was hardly there. I missed Part I but I am told he was not there, so I just scanned through the video online. Even in Part II be comes much later, towards the end. I don't think he where there for more than 12-15 minutes in those 2 hours. Very less screentime, but what an actor, superb.

Weird?? I find it disgusting. "Pavitrata Saabit Karni Hogi" what nonsense is that, in which world are these shows created and to see the likes of Ashwini and Kabir Bedi being part of it is more painful.

I just saw crtain Raiser of Ganga ki Dhij..accordng to them there are some village where this Pratha is going on.They fond one artical regarding this Pratha in some newspapaer and like the concept create one plot.
