Looks like my post went un-noticed, anyone recollects these???

There used to be a show aired in the afternoon on DD where Swaroop Sampat and Annu Kapoor played a married couple. The name of the show was Shrimatiji or Deviji, something like that. Anyone remembers??

There was another show whose center point was an expensive necklace, it had Kiron Kher, Saeed Jaffrey, Anu Agarwal (i think this was before her film Ashiqui released), anyone recollects?

Remember Jalal Agah?? He passed away in 1995, I think. At that time he was going a show on DD Metro (I think) with Moushami Chattergi. The name was Chulbuli or Manchali, something like that. If I am not wrong he was Producer or Director or both of the show and after his sudden demise, the show was taken off after sometime

There is another show I remember. It came after Shrimaan Shrimati in which Archana Puran Singh and Rakesh Bedi played a married couple again. I think this show was directed by Archana, but I can't recollect the name. This was for DD, then there was another show I think on Star Plus now sure which was directed by Archana and had Akshay Anand playing her neighbor.

Remember Jayant Kriplani?? He was one of my favorites. I was so thrilled to see him in JTYJN. But why am I not able to recollect any other series except "Ji Mantriji" and his Vicks ki goli ad with Ishita Arun. Anyone recollect his other series?

AND remember KARAN KAPOOR?? The Bombay Dyeing Man

Why couldn't this guy act yaar, if he could act he would have been perfect hero material.

Yep prabha it was Deviji & chulbuli. Jala agha i clearly rememberd him. Archana & rakesh bedi both were in sgriman shrimati, played Diruba & prema shalini, jatin kelkar & reema lagoo wer their padosi. Keku & koki.

Nd yes i remember k.k. I saw him a movih LOHA.

Yes, few days back I saw this on a blog site

Jalal Agha enters a party, and guests notice him and start talking to him.

Guest 1 : Arrey lo, aagaye? Aaj kal to bade chaaye hue ho TV par, Pan Parag aur kya kya!

Jalal Agha (smiles humbly): Shukriya

@monika21 and @chinnu_manikyam Yeah the Shilpa Bindi woman and I am so glad that he face is still on the Bindi packs. I used to like this lady a lot, she was a popular face in ads in those days. What a pleasant smile. Wonder where she might be now, where ever she may be I hope she is having a good life.

@monika21 You don't recollect the other serials I mentioned??
