hai here is the some information about daya form the magazine .

Dayanand shetty born in Dakshina kannada district in karnataka, his father is chandra shekar shetty mother name is uma, his wife is Smitha and daughter name is viva.

he is basically a sports man ,he selected a shotput and discus throw ,he won many prizes in these sports. in 1994 he is the champion of discuss throw of maharastra state.he has to dropped his sports activities because of his leg pain.

he got his b.com degree from Rigvi college in bandra.

he also acted in many adds,he is theatre artist and won many awards.
he has act 4-5 days for one single episode in a week that is why he can't act in other serials.he also acted in film jony gaddar.
this the little information from that interview.they give many other thing about him like how he enter to the cid his adress in mumbai ect.

I got this information from a magazine called 'Rupathara' it's a cine magazine, they interviewed many people who are all working in hindi film and serial industry but they are basically from karnataka in that
they are interviewed Dayanand shetty as he acted in cid continously for 8 years.
its little old magazine of 2007, i got it 6 months back while cleaning the house, now i kept it safely because they given many photos,many things.
