Abhi does the intro... he is somewhere in a resort kind of place with a palm tree behind him and its a little decorated and the place is really clean and everything as if set for a party. Abhi tells that nowdays there are so many ways of murder and poisoning is so common. However, Dr. Saluke may be whatever in reality but eventually is very good in his work. In this case, a mum dies and her daughter dies in her office and the girl was poisoned. But your hair keep record of everything. Even hours after you die, hair remain and so help catch the culprit. And so in this case, when they discovered what the thing was, ACP and Saluke planned to catch the murderer...
Epi starts in a house where there has ocured a death. Everyone is crying and stuff. A lady had died. They ask where Komal the daughter is and the family members say that she is too upset... but then even they are worried about the abnormal behaviour of Komal and just then Komal descends the stairs all ready and stuff. She says she needs to go to her office and behaves rudely and like nothing has happened. Her Aunt and frnd try to stop her but she behaves like nothing has happened and is angry on being stopped and goes.
In her office, a guy is working on PC and a girl is telling him some data from a file just then she tells that Rajeev we must visit Komal's place and Rajeev assures the girl that they will once they finish the work. But just then Komal comes in. They are surprised to see her. A man comes and gives condelence and he gets a shouting from her. More people wish her good morning but stare her, amused. She asks them all to go back to work and then asks the peon to get her a cup of coffee (I think so or tea maybe)... Anyways, then Rajeev and Rhea come too and say that they were gonna come to her place but she stops them and goes into her office. Rajeev and Rhea feel that she is in a state of shock... they go to her cabin and speak kind words but she shows no reaction at all. And doesnt even turn, then the two call to her and her head drops to the side. The two rush to see her and she is dead... Rajeev goes to get water and Rhea is trying to wake her up...
The whole office gathers and finally they declare her head...
CID enters the forensic lab and Dr. Saluke is laughing alot. He is kind of enjoying himself. ACP comes and asks why are you laughing? And Abhi says tht till date always the CID brought the dead to the lab and today the body came before them... SAluke then comments that maybe Dr. Tarika said a joke... and Abhi tries actin too smart and says tht he would have known if Dr Tarika cracked a joke and Saluke asked how? Abhi is confused.. he looks at ACP who is also staring at him.. nd instead of helping Abhi out of the situation, ACP also asks how will you know? Abhi says I will.. and then tells Dr Tarika to tell.. and can u imagine Dr Tarika doesnt support him either but says that how will you know I never cracked a joke in front of you... and its a really emabarassing situation for Abhi but then the bald spy from the Headquarters... he writes this and starts laughing... they all stare at him and Saluke says that Abhi he wrote that Tarika never told u a joke and then ACP says I will write his report after the case...
Neways, then they see the body and Saluke says that the girl was poisoned. She was given a slow poison daily. He showed a very magnified view of her hair stand and said tat some food we eat gets stored in our hair after certain no of days and so we can also tell when the girl was last poisoned and I think it was 10th or 18th of April... Anyways, then Dr Saluke also says that she wasnt given poison every 7th day and CID works it out that someone at office must be giving the girl posion for Sundays are off and thats the day when no poison is given. Saluke asks them to get him some food and cosmetic samples of the girls and he can then tell if there is poison in them.
CID goes to her house... they meet a middle aged woman, a girl and a boy. The girl tells she is Aastha, Komal's frnd ... best frnd. The guy is Sunny, Komal's classmate and the woman is Tanvi Bua (father's sister). They tell that Komal was a very sweet girl. She would spread happiness around her. She kept her professional life out of home and also was disturbed by her mother's death. They are shocked to hear that Komal was poisoned and then CID collected food samples and ACP ordered to send them to the lab.
CID then visits her office... in her office, all people are there. They dont say much about Komal at work but say that they were all shocked to see Komal on the day when her mu died. CID asks about who used to give her food and it was the peon.. he was almost running seein CID ask about him but Daya and ACP catch him. He says that he didnt do anything. Then he tells that Komal used to take the green Tea / Coffee in the morning and had her lunch packed from home. That was her schedule since past 2 years. She used to eat with Rhea and Rajeev in the canteen... and Rhea and Rajeev were missing since Komal was found dead... the office people tell that Rajeev and Rhea liked each other. So CID asks for their addresses.
ACP and Daya goes to Rajeev's house. It was locked and Daya said he knew it. They were about to break the lock when a woman came there and asked why are they breakin the lock of her house? CID is confused... they say its Rajeev's house... then she tells that Rajeev was here on rent. He emptied the place the last night.. however he left a problem. A bill of 2500 came for him. She gives them the bill to give it to Rajeev if they find him. CID sees the bill and its of a resort. So rajeev had been there. CID then chks Rhea's house. HEr blind old mother gets worried seeing CID there. She tells that Rhea packed the last night and went and said to be back in a few days. CID assures her and then leave. They conclude that it had been Rhea and Rajeev poisoning Komal and now they have escaped...

The manager tells that they were here a few days back but then starting fighting violently and also broke the nose of one of the waitors and so the hotel threw them out before they did more damage to anyone. The waitor is called and he tells that Rajeev was by the pool when a call comes for him. The waitor gets the call and Rajeev gets worried taking the call. He speaks that he is alone with no one and here on business matters and Rhea over hears him. She comes and shouts at him.. eventually she demands to talk on the phone to the person on the other side and in trying to save that they both break into a fight. the waitor comes to save the phone and gets hit and breaks his nose. ACP asks if they have the number from where the call came from? The manager said that they do have a record of all calls that come in and they gave the number. They also say that he must be paying wherever he is and they track his credit card to find wherever he is.
CID tracks the number and go to the house. A lady is there. CID asks her if she knows Rajeev and she tells that she is his only wife. Then CID tells her where is he? And she tells that he hasnt been home for a few days. A few days back she called him and he was with Rhea. CID tells that he had done a murder with Rhea... and the wife tells that she told Rajeev not to be with that girl Rhea and now she got him into problem na. Just then Saluke calls and CID goes to the lab immidiately.

She was given a medicine (hard to spell) and the bald spy has difficulty writing it so they all laugh and he gets furious. Well neways, ACP asks how can one die of a medicine? And Tarika explains that this medicine is only for metally ill people and if given to a normal person, will cause side effects and so the person will die.
ACP demands to find all the doctors who treat the patients of this disease and ask if they were treating Komal. meanwhile, they find that Rajeev shopped somewhere else too. But they go and chk there and he aint to be found there.
Finally they find a doctor who said he was treating Komal and CID says that he will be arrested as Komal never had the disease but he said tat she did. CID then shows him pic of Komal and he says this aint KOmal. Then they show him pics of all the girls related to the case and he points at Rhea and says this is Komal whom he was treating. So Rhea became Komal and got the medicine and killed Komal. ANd now Rhea and Rajeev are on run. Just then they say that wherever Rajeev and Rhea are they must be needing money. So if they freeze accounts of the two, both of them will go broke and then will commit a mistake and can be traced.
They recieve intelligence that Rajeev and Rhea are in Kolahpur. So they go there. Now they stay in every hotel or resort they can find for a day to see if Rhea and Rajeev are there. Its been 4 days and they cant find either of them. Then as Abhi is talking to Daya on the phone... pS Both Abhi and Daya are looking super fab in the cloths they wear in this scene!! EEEEEEp! WEll neways, Abhi spots Rajeev... totally upset and loser kinda walk... he walks into the resort carrying sth. Abhi tells Daya to come over and Abhi then follows Rajeev... Daya and the others to come. Rajeev and Rhea in their room are speaking of that they did have money... how are the acounts empty... they talk of a third person who asked them to murder Komal and now she aint heping them.. Rhea is too worried... They decide to revenge it...
ACP says so there is someone else behind it... In the dead of night, Rajeev and Rhea come to Komal's house. CID is following them. Tanvi bua is looking at Rajeev and Rhea from the balcony. She didnt see CID. As Rajeev and Rhea enter saying that they will kill her and take revenge... Tanvi bua comes and says stop or I will call CID. ACP, Abhi and Freddie enters and says no need to call we are here. They ask Rajeev and Rhea to chill and tell Tanvi Bua that her game is up. They say that they know she got Komal murderer and now its over! She says what nonsense... CID repeats that she paid Rajeev and Rhea to kill Komal.. and then they ask rite Rhea? And Rhea denies...Just then Aastha comes down the stairs holding a gun towards ACP. She confesses that she hired Rhea and Rajeev to kill Komal. But when Komal died these 2 got panicky. She says to ACP that CID ppl are so much annoying her. They keep coming in between.. is there any shortage of cases for them that they are after this one? ACP says that they dont rest till they catch the criminal... and she says that no longer.. she will kill them and the headlines will be that the murderer of Komal came to kill Aastha and to save her, CID too died.. She fires her gun and no bullet..
Daya comes from under the stairs and says how will you fire? Here are your bullets.. ACP then tells that they all planned this to get Astha to confess all this... she then tells that Komal wasnt her frnd.. she was her step sister. Her dad married Komal's mom leaving her and her mom and after her dad died, Komal's mom stop giving them money.. Her mother died of hunger and being poor... and so she came here to revenge her mum... she only poisoned Komal's mom and now she killed Komal too..she planned to kill their whole family and now her revenge of her mum is over!
