Gora Singh and Saudamini rush in as soon as they hear Ratan Singh's cry for help. The Doctor tells them that the journey had taken its toll on Padmini. Everyone leaves the room, except Ratan Singh. He looks lovingly at Padmini, but even he is being watched by someone from the shamiana outside. The person vanishes into the dark, just then one of Gora Singh's soldier informs Malkan Singh about Padmini's illness and Ratan Singh vulnerability. Malkan Singh decides that this is the best time to attack Ratan Singh. His brother assures him that he will behead Ratan Singh before tomorrow's dawn.
Meanwhile, in Khilji's palace, Taiba finally meets Jallaluddin's wife and speaks to her in code language. They both in fact talk about destroying Khilji. Taiba assures her that soon Khilji will be dead. Jallaluddin's wife warns Taiba to be careful at every step. Just then, Taiba realizes that a soldier had been observing her. But strangely, the soldier tells Khilji that Taiba spoke to the woman very sternly. He tells Khilji that there is nothing to worry about, Khilji believes him. Elsewhere, Ratan Singh is still restless, but suddenly he senses some movement. He rushes to Padmini's side, she smiles on feeling his touch.
In Chittod, Nagmati proposes to Queen Abha to bury their differences and get together to face Padmini. Back at Ratan Singh's camp, it's early morning, the guards are sleeping. Even Ratan Singh is sleeping. It looks peaceful, but it isn't! Suddenly, soldiers burst out from behind a pool and kill the guards on duty. Another guard tries to check, but is killed. Gora Singh realizes that something is amiss, he rushes out and so does Ratan Singh. They kill all of Madhur Singh's soldiers. Now, it's only Madhur Singh against Ratan Singh and this time he shows no mercy. In spite of all his pleas, Ratan Singh beheads Madhur Singh. Gora is proud of him. He warns Ratan Singh against risking his own life next time as it is too precious. He also advises him to get the wound on his head treated quickly.
As Malkan Singh waits for the news of his victory, Gora orders his soldiers to bury the enemy soldiers and send Madhur Singh's head to Malkan Singh with all royal honors. Just then, one wounded soldier informs him that they were defeated. But no one says anything about Madhur Singh, that's when he sees 2 men unload something wrapped in a white cloth. He walks towards it, hoping against hope. But as he sees Madhur Singh's head, he vows to kill Ratan Singh and Padmini, even if it is by betrayal.
