If the person doesn't know you at all or doesn't know much about you and gives 0/10 or less points then in the next post you have to give some description about yourself this is important so as to increase your points and yes a person is allowed 2 ask u some questions so as 2 know more about u...but don't ask too personal questions as it is a public site and its upto the other person to whom you have asked the question to decide whether 2 answer that particular question or not.
