They have taken a strange turn with the story. For a long time now Nagin was supposedly in the village with Gadha Prasad's parents. In the recent plotline, she has decided that she no longer wants to be married to Gadha Prasad and has moved back to her own home. She has filed for divorce, I think.

I wonder if they are setting up the story for Nagin's return though since both Gadha Prasad and Sandu Mama like the same girl, and obviously, at the most, only one of them can "win" her favor. If that happens, I think Sandu Mama would win, and maybe Nagin and Gadha Prasad would somehow be reunited? Just speculation on my part.
