I absolutely love the way DEV is in this story! 😛

I was away for a week and got to read the last 3 parts today....great story so far. Radhika seems to know in her heart that she loves him and he, her. She just needs to acknowledge her feelings....waiting to know how you bring that out. :-)

I love how possessive Dev is over Radz …. But why then did he agree to marry Vishaka?

I too thought that Vishaka was pregnant …. Maybe she is …. Dunno …. I also thought that Vishaka & Radz would have switched places for the engagement ….. I'm anxious to see what happens next ….

hey guys even i thought april stoped writing so i pm her to know if she is gone continue and she sed she is gone continue and it just that shes busy so she doesnt have time but hopefully she will update soon

Story so far

Radhika quickly was out of the room, leaving chachaji and Dev behind.

She was almost near the corner when she heard Dev say 'It is not a MINOR change, you know'

Radhika turned and had a question mark on her face.

Dev as if reading her thoughts said, 'Dad's dream, where you said that it will come true except for a MINOR change, that Vishkaha, instead of YOU will accompany me to wake dad up. '

R: 'Who, Dev, muzhe maaf kar deejiye, mera matlab vo nahi tha. Mera intention Vishakha ko 'minor' kehena nahi tha.. vho to? '

D: 'No, Radhika. Not Vishakha, but any thing related to YOU can not be MINOR. Mere liye tum na hi kabhi mamooli thi, na ho aur na he kabhi mamooli rahogi. '

With that Dev left Radhika gaping at him in surprise.

Part 16

The week passed briskly.

Dev dropped Radhika to 'Asha' the first half of the day and accompanied her for the shopping the later half. Many a times it so happened that Vishakha would plan to come with them but cancelled the last minute, which would leave her and Dev shopping together.

It was Saturday and they had to go to Keshav's party.

Radhika did not go to 'Aasha' that day.

Dev reminded Vishakha and Radhika on the breakfast table about their plans for the day.

D: 'Aaj shaam ko Keshav ki party main jana hai. Tum dono tayyar rehena. We will go there by 7:30pm.'

Both Vishakha and Radhika nodded at the instruction.

At 4:00 pm Keshav came to MH.

Radhika was surprised. She was glad that Dev was in the office because she was sure he would say some thing to embarass her and hurt Keshav.

K: 'Aree, Radhika!! Aap abhi tak tayyar nahi hui?'

R: 'Vho, party to shaam ko hai na, isliyeeee?.'

K : 'Oh no!!! I am taking you with me now. Aap mere saath abhi aa rahi hain!'

R: 'Nahi ? vho Dev ne decide kiya tha ki voh, Vishakha aur main saath challenge..'

K: 'Well, my mom thought that you could be a great help to her, isliye main aa gaya aap ko lene ke liye. Please Radhika, get dressed, so that we can go. '

R: 'Par vho?Vishakha?'

K: 'Vo Dev ke saath a jayengi.'

Biirju was hearing this conversation and said 'Haan Radhika ji, main Dev bhaiyya ko bata donga, aur Vishakha ji aur Dev bhiyya baad main aa jayenge.'

Radhika gave it a thought and said 'Ok, give me ten minutes.'

K: 'Take 20 min.'

Radhika went to her room. She selected a light blue sari and matching jewellary.

She came down in exactly 10 min. Keshav looked at her and kept looking at her.

K: 'You are looking very beautiful, Radhika!'

R: (just smiled) 'Thanks'

She left with Keshav for the party.

Dev arrived exactly at 6:15 pm as he had said.

He came and saw Vishakha decked up and waiting for him. He looked arroung and did not see Radhika.

He said 'By the time Radhika comes, I will go freshen up. '

Dev was about to leave when he heard Vishakha flip a page of the magazine she had in her hand and say 'Par Radhika to pehele hi chali gayi, par Dev tum fresh ho kar aa jao. '

Dev froze in his steps and said 'Chali gayi?'

V: 'Haan, Birju bata raha tha ki Keshav had come at about 4:00 pm to get her. Radhika

went along with him.'

Dev went to his room and changed into the first suit he got hold of.

With in the next half an hour he was at the party.

He drove so fast, that Vishakha had to remind him thrice to slow down.

The moment he entered the party, his eyes were searching only one thing. RADHIKA.

He found in one corner talking to an elderly woman, who Dev guessed to be Keshav's mother. She was smiling at the woman and the woman was reciprocating. Keshav was standing besides Radhika and had eyes only for her.

Dev's anger had no bounds. He was so furious by the sight of Keshav near Radhika.

Radhika glanced towards Dev and her smile disappeared.

Dev almost dragged Vishakha to where Radhika was standing.

K: 'Aree, Dev! Welcome.'

D: 'Thank's Keshav.'

Dev glared at Radhika who was avoiding his gaze.

Radhika left from there when Keshav's mom called her.

Keshav took Dev to introduce to his brother.

Radhika was standing near the fountain and admiring its beauty when she heard the familier voice of Dev say 'So, you could not wait for me to return?'

R: 'Vho, Keshavji came and said that his mother wanted my help for the function.'

D: 'And you came with him?' Dev was angry.

R: 'Aap naaraz kyoun hain?' She could not understand why Dev was mad at her.

D: 'Nahi!! Main naaraz nahi hoon.'

R: 'Toh aap muzhpar chilla kyoon rahe hain?'

D: 'Main tum par nahi chilla raha!'

Dev had to try hard to calm him self down. He looked at Radhika who was almost in tears by now.

D: 'Sorry. Muzhe maaf kar do, vho aaj bahut thak gaya hoon isliye jara chidchida gaya thaa. I am really sorry '

Kehsav intrupted them.

K: 'Kya hua Radhika. You look almost in tears. Did some one say something to you?'

Radhika lost her composure at Keshav's this and made her way to the wash room.

She cried her out.

Keshav was very concerned. He followed Radhika and waited for her out side the wash room. Dev felt very guilty.

It was not Radhika's fault that Keshav was showering her with his attention.

He cursed himself. He thought that there was no need for him being jealous.

Mrinalini also had been invited to the party and she was watching this from a distance.

She came near Dev and said 'Dev, Keshav cares a lot for Radhika?'

Dev was still not composed.

M: 'You know Dev, Keshav's mother hinted that she liked Radhika a lot and how Keshav also keeps talking about Radhika and all'

Dev was suddenly attentive.

M: 'You know Dev, I was thinking that it is also right time that Radhika also gets married'

Dev was shocked to where his mother was going with this. He looked almost scared.

M: 'I was thinking Dev, hum Radhika ke liye Keshav ka haath maang le to? Radhika ke liye Keshav se accha ladka nahi mil sakta.'

Dev was almost pale now. Blood had drained from his face and he was sweating.

He could manage only one word 'NO.'

Mrinalini was looking at Keshav and Radhika.

M: 'Koi ladka Radhika ko Keshav se jyaada pyaar nahi rakh sakta '

Dev loosened his tie around his neck, unbuttoned his collar button and said 'NO ma!!! Radhika ko Keshav se jyaada pyaar karne wala ladka mil sakta hai. Ek esa ladka jo use deewano ki taraha pyaar karta ho'

Mrinalini was shocked. She looked at her son and was aghast to see him so pale and sweating.

D: 'Aur ma Radhika ki sahaadi usi ladke se hogi ma'. He said that and just went away from there leaving Mrinalini shell shocked.

wow.. excellent part.. i love it soo much... after a long time... when i saw ur name.. i was like... "wow... after a long time... AT LAST.." i was jus waiting and waiting for u to UPDATE.. it really was a wonderful part... =) i love dev getting jealous... his dialouges are soo gd... "so u couldn't wait for me rite??"... shows the normal jealousy talk anyone would have... i love ur FF so much.. plz try to update... i will be waiting... thx alot.. =)...

wow!awesome part aprilsunrise👏..........the way dev was talking about that person to his mother that who loves radhika a lot was indicating himself only......i think dev loves radhika a lot but he is doing some kind of sacrifice by marrying vishaka but i am sure that at the end all will be gud only.......eagerly waiting for the next part!
