Here is my next VM. I wanted to use a rain song but instead of a romantic one, I wanted to use a meloncholy one for Abhay track. But instead I decided to make it on Dev of CB1. It is based on the song "Lagi aaj sawan ki" from the movie "Lamhe".

The title of this song is "The Broken Heart"; the title is from a poem by English poet William Barnes.

Hi angie, i love all the vms so far and especially the song selection for ur last one.. as om shanti om is oneof my fav bollywood movies.. also the title is nice even though i am not a fan of taylors glad u made this choice..really enjoy ur style ofmaking a new story with every new vm... keep it up

My next VM is based on the song "Mein agar kahoon" from the movie "Om Shanti Om". I was planning to make it on Dev of CB1, but then realized that it better suited Dev of CB2. Ideally I would have liked to make it from the first meeting of Dev and Radhika and ending it with scenes from kidnapping track. But since I have used those scenes already, I have made it from limited scenes of the second half.

The title of this VM is enchanted. I have used Taylor Swift's song "Enchanted" as the reference. Many of lyrics of the song suit Dev of CB2. Following is the link that has both the song and lyrics.

Misti, this VM is for you on the song "kaun si dor kheenche" from the movie "Aarakshan". This is the first time I had heard this song and I found it beautiful. The lyrics are good and so is the music and singing.

This song suits Abhay and Radhika and there were plenty of scenes between Abhay and Radhika. But I found it to be a difficult VM to make on this song especially in the middle and the end. I tried few endings, but in the end decided to leave it as I started it with almost similar reactions on parts of Abhay and Radhika. Let me know if this is close to how you interpreted it. As usual, criticism is more than welcome.

I used several early episodes of Abhay track for this VM. So I again realized that Abhay track had potential that as usual was not utilized. If only they had kept Abhay smart and had Katyani as a more complex character. Also if they had used Chachunder properly and kept Kanika's role to minimum, it could have been great. But this was a usual story of CB where good actors and good tracks were sorely misused.

Coming back to the VM, I have titled it "The Ties that Bind". The title is from the song by Bruce Springsteen. Following is the link of the song and some lyrics of the song that particularly suit Abhay and Radhika.

Thanks Angie for the VM and sorry for answering so late. I liked the way yoy started and ended the story in your VM...I mean Dev's confusion regarding the fact that he feels that he knows tis person but cannot understand how. If only they had carried on the story keeping this in mind and slowly unravelling the layers. You are right that if they had kept Dev as the shrewd person...Katyanai as grey and utilised Chachunder properly they would have got their tracks. But they were not interested in that...they were more interested in decreasing Avinash's screen presence. Amyway whats happened has happened...cannot change the past. Liked your poem too.

Angie liked your remiaing VMs too...specially liked the one based on Agar main kahoon. Avinash's expression in the begining of the VM when Dev sees Radhka all dressed up is one of my fav ones in CB2...it is as if he is completely mesmerised with the sight.
