If we look this case on individual basis Aryan will easily get bail But if NCB is able to convince court about Aryan association with Arbaaz. Then it will be difficult.

How to even look at this case on individual basis? Right now, Aryan's case solely depends on what Arbaaz actually is. Court should hear Arbaaz's case first.
