Why doesn't Nawab Malik make up his mind once and for all??

Was hoping for verdict today.

Judge gave more than appropriate time for Aryan's team and other appellants to respond. It was supposed to be 45 minutes each side but Amit Desai and Mukul Rohtagi took almost 2 hours.

They were playing Tag team championship today.. ek point deta hai dusra elaborate krta hai.

In nutshell, they accepted "Intention of Consumption" which is Bailable and had put lot of arguments to "demolish conspiracy charge".

But the way it's going.. funda is clear drugs party mai jaana ho to phone ghar par chod kr jao ya naya phone naya sim card leke.

Bring your on drugs(BYOD) for personal consumption ofcourse. Also Don't come together to party everyone individually. So Conspiracy charge na lage. Don't carry any cash.

Bail would have been granted today itself, if 2 clowns of Aryaan stopped playing "kahani ghar ghar ki...". Yesterday Rohtagi had made such concise arguments which for apt for the bail case, but today once again Desai and Rohtagi as well started giving long essay kind of arguments, are they trying to CONFUSE judge ?

Thats the work of prosecution bhai... why are you making his life easy.

Just to make a point they WASTED nearly 2 hours. Had ASG got chance to speak, then by today itself, it would have been decided .

If the case goes on like this maybe ...

maybe Aryan's diwali might be DARK behind the bars.

Nawab is playing chess.. He makes a move sense the reaction then makes another move. uske liye tamasha hai ye sab He is least bothered about Aryan.. if anything at this point he is the one getting Aryan bail rejected. Funny of Aryan's fans to give him importance.

Oh btw, I remember the plea filed by one of the SS leaders to take cognizance against the violation of Aryan's fundamental rights. One of the arguments there was Wankhede is targetting Bollywood under some personal vendetta as his wife could not get a chance in Bollywood.

Like what even?? Kahan se chun chun ke bharti karte hain aise namoono ko SS mein???

They made lot of points ki koi to nishane pr lg jayga. Judge ko kya pata kaunsa pasand ajaye.

ASG ne bola to hai will close in 1 hour. But I doubt.. inhone 2 din le liye it's hard to believe he will finish in 1 hour. But the pace at which it's going verdict will come on Friday. Saturday bhi khula hai court shayad.. before going on long leave till November 12th.

Judge ne laat maar deni hai.. NCB handles thoudans of cases in a year why would they selectively targeting bollywood only.

NCP and SS liberty ki baat krte hue shobha ndi deta.
