Well, I wanted to know about the other award too.

As far as Ayushman is concerned, I do respect him for taking films featuring social issues but he is highly overrated and some people love to worship him. So obviously he would get some awars even when others are deserving. But giving him an award over Sonu Nigam is just... 🤣 🤣 🤣

True, I did like him first but he is ultra over rated lately. The way people and even the industry worships him is nonsense tbh. Exactly, he would get some! That's what giving him an award over Sonu Nigam is.... Totally speechless! Kuch Sharam karo yaar!! Par aaj kal wo kaha reh gayi?

So it was an actor award, and I seriously feel they should start giving awards to seniors now, cos kisi ko bhi thama dete hai.

Like so many talented people are out there, even Anjali in mdkd did a great job as her debut, and nailed it with senior cast... Or there were others too.

But 2020 most versatile actress award was given to Alif Laila ki FL.

Oh yeah! I think I saw it once on Twitter. That was the moment when I literally gave up on expecting something good from award ceremonies. It's all about popularity and which producer/PH is backing you up.

When She Who Must Not Be Named gets an award for Versatility, I want to quote Baa from MATSH -

It's an anthology featuring how caste difference and sense of honor destroy normal people's life. Every episode is based on a different story.

The first one is about a transgender named Saathar who dies at the end.

The second one is about honor killing.

Third one is about rape.

Fourth one is again about honor killing.

I am not giving details in case you don't want any spoiler. They have uploaded the entire plot in WiKi so you can check it there in advance if you want to prepare yourself.

I would like to watch it but it's again Netflix. Possibly I will ask my friend for an alternative source. We can really like the movies with content and subtitles too.

I had seen a light hearted Telugu movie and it was entertaining, good time pass and quite clean with a plot which lacks in most Bollywood today, ofc there will be a very few good movies.

That's cool. Yes, BW in recent times has been such a letdown with exception of a few good movies. Regionals are doing much better. In fact, I am looking forward to watching a Bengali movie they released today - Cheeni. Let's see when it becomes available. 😊
