And one misconception is there... yoga or other exercise lam panna fat koranjidum.. slima irkavangalam panna thevai ilanu..adhu thavarana vishyam
. In my case totally opposite.. yoga panna kapram dan weight potudhe (healthy weight gain)... i used tobe underweight before.. when i joined class in own interest, some of my relatives even kalaaichufy don't become skeleton nu
but it helped me fo get good weight needed...
maybe more physical activity ->good appetite - > healthy weight gain...
I didn't say it wont reduce weight.it will but thing is it won't reduce or increase just helps to Maintain/balance correct proportion & regulate body functions... Apart from these physical exercise everything lies in food we consume which is important at the end
both needed!!
