I usually find it hard to focus when I am mediate alone but with music or in a mass meditation session I could able to somewhat achieve that calm state .. there are many instances where I would drift to sleep during meditation.. I hope that is the best relaxation therapy ..😴😴

1.First off is yenna exercise/diet senjalum, calorie deficit create aaganum - number of calories burnt > number of calories consumed. Appo dhan stored energy in the form of fat burn aagum
