one of my favourites with a reason..

My elder bro is like a father figure to me..though he is just 5year elderto me, i look up to him as the first inspiring man in my life! so when i was a little girl in 13,as we were travelling to our nativeland n in a two day train journey as a family, we made him sing one song in the train..and this was that..we usually pray n sing in the night for christian devotionals..but for the first time ..my perinnan sang a full filmy song.

It was an awesome feel..cherish this memory...

Thanks for giving nice explanation ..

I usually find it hard to focus when I am mediate alone but with music or in a mass meditation session I could able to somewhat achieve that calm state .. there are many instances where I would drift to sleep during meditation.. I hope that is the best relaxation therapy ..😴😴

Sleep is deeper state of relaxation where awareness is totally cut off

Meditation is relaxed but aware
