I watched the trailer yet again.

That feet belongs to Chanchala only. I think she is sent to the mansion for God knows what, and that is when she steps inside.

She is wearing a hawai chappal, and there is blood (don't know why)

She is wearing the same blue prison garb - the one she is wearing when she meets the Lady Police Inspector, me thinks.

Chanchala is wearing the same dress when she is standing on the staircase in front of the damaged portrait, on the landing of the staircase.
