@Dey first of all apology. From all the conversations and your posts i had deduced that you are a male.😳As you said it is a very sensitive matter within family. First to know what if anything is wrong and then to convince that its wrong. By the time it happens we start accepting that the person is ok its us who are cuckoo head😕.
Mental health should be the top priority. One should have time off. Be it from gadget, their routine, their lives, their responsibilities, their self,...One should learn to understand the importance of slowing down, to have that vacation, to have that relaxation. Play with kids, play games, play some mind teasing games. Even if that means telling their families that its their own time. They must have appointment with self every single day and do what they enjoy.
🤗 Bhavi have I told you how I love your concise but so relevant way of putting things in perspective. The Me time concept has been quiet a taboo in the culture that we grew up specially the women folks taking a break from the responsibilities is considered equal to being unfaithful as a wife mother etc. thankfully society is changing women are more aware of their own needs and things are changing even then how many people truly enjoy their me time peacefully without guilt?
