Eat healthy

Sleep well

Workout daily.

Repeat this 6 days a week. 😃 (Yet I am overweight😆 but fit to the T)

If you want Rujuta Diwekar has a fitness program for 2018. It is in week 4 right now. Open to public. Her guidelines are simple to follow. Just follow that. Its on her FB page. here is the link:

Walking 30 mins aint possible with me, given the gruelling schedule and the work on computers. But I try and walk a lil.
