Take the curd - put it in a mixer and run it for a few seconds- it will be uniformly smooth-Before adding the curd reduce the flame- add the curd and mix it with a spoon continuously - steam slowly starts coming up- dont boil the curd - it will damage the curry- one or two minutes is enough- off the flame
