today chemical walli haldi wala locha on pratap😆 koi toh hopefully bachayega pratap ko...these days m counting on phool to do the honours🤔 and hoping beyond its ajab who will save him

I was surprised to see the big container for curd.

I toh use a very small one still after two three days it becomes sour.

Cucumber this one- cut into cubes-



then take curd and put it in a mixer and run it for 3-4 seconds- add some salt too

then for paste - Coconut, garlic, turmeric powder, jeera seeds , u can add small onions also

splutter mustard, fenu greek seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, green chilllies- then add the cooked Cucumber , finally add the curd mixed with the coconut paste- mix for two minutes- dont allow it to boil- steam will come up- then u can off the stove

We Andhrites too prepare something similar to this...but we won't add cucumber..
Will try this one now 😳
Just a doubt...curd will 'break' naa...while heating...?
( we add little besan for it not to break )...

Take the curd - put it in a mixer and run it for a few seconds- it will be uniformly smooth-

Before adding the curd reduce the flame- add the curd and mix it with a spoon continuously - steam slowly starts coming up- dont boil the curd - it will damage the curry- one or two minutes is enough- off the flame
