like if I see Shakti doing say Salsa or Samba (contemporary being her forte) vs Lauren doing bharatnatyam..the latter for all the praises she got ( and is supposed have learnt bharatnatyam for a few months) was a big fail in JDJ past year..why her even Punit was horrible and couldnt maintain poses..the half squat stance
compared to that the ones learning Western dance form..not perfect by any long shot but they do a decent job of doing it
add to this the appeal it has to audience who always find foreign forms fascinating

there is only so much bollywood one can do without looking repititive and traditional authentic Indian forms are not everyones cup of tea..not even someone like Tushar who was so so amazing at Chau but made a mess of the Indian form fusion like lehzim and bhangra

@bold...u reminded me of my most fav performance on JDJ so far...Tushar's Chau 😃...he was outstanding!

and yeah...Lauren's bharatnatyam was a debacle!!🤢

it wasnt in good taste IMO esp when MP claimed to have refused the opportunity to host due to prior commitments during the first offer plus considering that KVB claims to be buddies with DD..he has behaved weirdly in past too when he joined IF during JDJ last year

@bold...that was in VERY VERY bad taste from a professional like KVB.Heard his stint as the host of Life OK's award show wasn't anything to rave about either.

hmmm...wee bit complicated process.you've to upload the image from your device to pic uploading sites such as IMGUR and then get the link/code from there to post it on forums.
