A tiny hope still lurks somewhere that since they have penned 200 episodes of RR, PH will start to focus on MEIEJ. If they don't, Ami I will deffo follow ur advice. My only excuse is that it is very hard to let go of my first Indian show! With RR, I am sitting on the fence.

Anyways, other shows I am watching are Tumhari Pakhi, RR, BI and EBI. I watch CNWK sometimes for a few laughs and am at a point of giving up KWK.

Bahnni, u will be surprised at how many have boycotted RR based on their experience with MEIEJ! Truth be told, Reena is the reason for me watching RR. If she hadn't seen and discussed it with me, I might not have been tempted to check it out.

its juat that i think the 200 epi thing is a hype they created juat for the heck of it more so when there were precap of Varun being shocked and looking around when baratis/terrorist are being killed but the scenario in the show was diff altogether
and if they indeed have penned down 200 epi then i must say its a job badly done coz the screen play is very volatile and full of gaps like not showing thakurain during imp scenes coz they cant figure out what reaction/stand she shld give (just like mallik was not there during unwedding) or eudra as a bsd officer killing all terrorist when he could have kept one/two alive as witness

its just start of the show and just to reach the main plot, there have been too many bloopers/loopholes
having said that i totally liked friday epi a lot.it was one crackling epi save a few stretched scenes

As for other shows, Tumhari Pakhis is running around in circles..gave up on it during Ayaan track and now they have made Girish a cheating idiot, yeh hain mohabbatein - the mothers are too loud for my taste

@Anita: so true abt Tumhari Pakhi. Ayaan track ruined it. till then it was going pretty fine and even Anshuman..after his explanation during Pakhis arrest, reverting back to old ways was a step or two back for the show

@online and twitter: they may not contribute to trps directly but its word of mouth. som trp junta may decide to watch it on dlseeing a show being praised online..whether they conitnue or not depends on the strong storyline and its PHs responsibility
as for Mr Gautam Hegde..he is weird and often obnoxious..he went from dekhna hai toh dekho at the time of IPK peak to please dekho during RR first week
he happily laps up the credit for the stiry when appreciated and when bashed he retorts back amd clarifoes that he is just the screen play writer
he talks abt of freedom of opinion but cant tolerate anything against his own

@RR: the hype has totally died dwn and for the input of money and publicity, the output interms of trps hasbeen dismal
especially when a show which wasnt publicised half as much and with newbies and stiffer competition at its time slot got more trp than it
some zee show also had a debut with more trps
the violence - dabangish or otherwise wasnt welcomed neither was darkness
good part for hem is that they will now shift to non violent scenario and love-hate story which most of the time works irrespective of the story

and yes they are glossing over way too many things

btw Gautam Hegde shld be criticsed a lot for Paro's breakdown seeing Varun dead..the nahi and echos were horrible and instead of feeling for Paro most ppl emded up getting irritated

Haven't watched RR yet...will watch it when it airs on TV later this evening...not a fan yet to go looking for online sources to watch the video...that I still and only do for MB...my one true love on Indian telly 😳.

I know we can always discuss MB on DP thread so anyway coming to TP...stopped watching it as soon as Ayan made an entry,been looking into WUs...so the plot as expected is going round in circles and the new hot entry hasn't helped matters progress yet??🤔 when will pakhi leave and we get to enjoy Anshuman's realisation phase(one that was completely ignored in the case of RK 😡😡) but Anshu's way more matured and a thorough gentleman...so hoping to see him mend his ways out of his late realised love and respect for Pakhi.
