I m not sure if besides me and Ami, anybody here have shipped any couple dearly in the past or not but its pretty normal to feel distraught ...it happened with me when Geet ended even with Maneet given a happy ending and I m sure Ami must have felt terrible too ...investing time and emotions ( love or hate) in onscreen couples have its side effects and despite knowing it, I liked Rishbala ...will miss them but will gradually get over it ! I guess they will be given a tragic ending in studio where they met for the first time to close the loop !

Just came across this tweet ...it exudes arrogance ( not that its new to her 😆) but leap looks like a cover up ! Whom time will tell is a different story altogether 😉😆 Jokes apart, something is unsettling bw PH and VD ! not that it matters now, but I m sure makers loved RK as much as fans but few things are beyond control !

in bw, Ami ...did u watch YHM ? ...i m following WU nowadays ...and its going good !

you r right.. maybe that why leaves issue got dragged
the trps are dismal even with both peads present all thanks to shoddy writing
so nothing can save the show with one of them leaving except honest attempt at writing and focus

colors is probably loaing big boss to like ok. thats got to be a blow in addition to its dailies including the new ones doing badly

Nids: channel and makers were both happy to end the show coz they thought the new one would click amd become a rage
but thats not the case. so IMO they are kind of not letting MB go coz its a risk right now. but they have foolishly exhausted potential tracks wrt Rishbala with shoddy writing. so they want to attempt drastic change of scenery.
VD thinks he has better chances else where and is leaving I think
and even Vabhhiz tweet seems to say so


As for couple shipping..more often than not it ends in heartbreak..I used to love Arhi..I still do..the offacreen drama and unlikely end ruined it
but then it is worse witb Rishbala I think if one dies and other survives
I hope tey both are bumped off

as for YHM: i have heard good review and I like Ishita-Ruhi bond but both the leads mum are very very loud characters and they shout a lot. so the 2-3 times I have attempted to see it, they have been a huge turn off

Nonetheless, its just a phase girls ...everything will settle down sooner or later ..So try to deal with it in the way it suits u 🤗

i was distraught(may be still am to a certain extent) hearing the confimed news of VD's exit cos it's no secret that i'm a RM shipper,so i've done my bit and contributed to all the farewell posts,welled up every now and then,cursed NF & Colors to hell and finally came to terms with the 'loss' (ok seriously i'm not such a drama queen usually).

However,I've got to say my reaction is far toned down than I thought it would be and the reason is we all knew that MB and hence RM's days on our screen were numbered,the hole the makers had dug themselves into was too deep and there was no coming back. As Ami said...the best days of the show got over prior to or just during the Sultan track and by the time we reached MC and Ria I couldn't relate to my fav couple anymore. RK/Madhu's love story had reached a happy end with that lavish & 'eventful' wedding...there really was no scope for 'junoon' anymore cos both had got what they wanted and so did we viewers. I know some are of the opinion that a reincarnation would have worked but I fail to see how...would it not mean repeating the love/hate story of the leads in their reincarnated roles??I agree the zeal and passion with which RM loved/hated each other was the attraction of the show along with the good looking leads but for how long could makers create passion thru fights/push & pull between a happily married couple and that is where it all went downhill.The good looking leads were left to fend for themselves in the absence of credible plotlines or strong peripheral characters...and the TRP generating audience(who I think belong mostly to middle age group) need more than romance/chemistry to be entertained for years,which is why DABH,YRKKH etc are such a rage on TRP charts. MB has truly run its course and with VD's exit,NF focused firmly on RR there are no hopes for its revival. The show will run till Colors has quality content to replace it with,so we're talking about another 2 months or so.

WRT VD...i think his frequent leaves(compared to his colleagues in show business) did have a role to play in his exit.As Nidz said,articles reported exact dates of his leaves (and DD's) which seemed too confidential an info to be handed out for publishing 🤔. However even while both leads were present the story was dismal so overall nothing was really working in the show's favour and things are even worse now. There also seems to be a deliberate attempt to sabotage VD's role in MB,why else would the makers opt for a leap out of the blue??The PH,channel & viewers are well aware that the show is on its last legs...so why not carry it fwd just the way it is for another couple of months until a new show is ready to takeover the time slot? Everyone knows despite this leap the show's chances of doing well are next to none...so why kill off the iconic character of the show now?

you and ami already shipped maaneet and then took a liking to RM but for me this is a first and hence emotions are running high 😆...but as u said its a phase and this too shall pass...just hope its sooner than later...don't like feeling low over fiction...makes me look silly to myself 😛

Bahnni, I havent seen Geet
for me it was Arhi/Arshi which ever u like

the only few scenes if Geet I have seen are retrospectively to see what the hoopla and comparison between Geet and IPK was all about

@Anita: ADM as in Amit Mallik? wasnt PG directing it
so are the two directors going to be on exchange mode between two shows
its stupid to change them one after another every few days

so Rudra's family entered there. scene set for Rudra to take Paro home for protection akd everyone to assume she is his bride
