I read at some places that the Govt is saying he is innocent until proved guilty(i agree with him) but the intention of Govt for saying so is not same as mine...

and I also read that his (Sreesanth's) father is blaming Dhoni and Harbhajan.

What looks funny is how all of BCCI people..the old cricketers..IPL department all are washing hands and blaming these guys only as if they are the creator of this spot fixing..these are young guys and I believe they are not the only one (in case they are proved guilty) doing so..there are more older and stronger player of spot and match fixing..the comments of BCCI and other responsible departments seems like they want to cut these disease and get away with this news because of the fear what if the whole matter is disclosed.May be if the investigators starts digging the clues may be more stories comes out may or may not be proving the accused one guilty.

Life is so far so good for this good looking actor. With his dimpled smile, he surely makes many girls go weak in their knees. Dheeraj Dhooparloved as Prem from 'Sasural Simar Ka' is on cloud nine these days. Replacements are not smooth so far as tele soaps are concerned, but for this Delhi boy the risk has been worth it. With shows like 'Behnein', 'Zindagi Kahe -Smile Please', 'Kuch Toh Log Kahenge', 'Kaali - Ek Punar Avatar' and 'Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg' already on his CV, Dheeraj is all game for any kind of challenging roles on the small screen. Excerpts from an interview:

Replacing a lead character in a TV show is a big risk. Why did you decide to take one?
Till now my experience while shooting for Sasural Simar Ka has been amazing. The cast is great and so is the production house. I won't use the word 'risk' for my decision, but it's a challenge for any actor to portray a new character. I feel characters are important than actors. My optimism that audiences will love Prem even if I play the role instead of Shoaib Ibrahim inclined me to do this show. For audience it is Prem who is important and not any actor who is enacting that role.

Audience connect happens with the face, isn't it difficult for audiences to relate to an actor who is changed overnight?
More than a face, I feel it's the story-line that keeps the audiences glued to a particular show. Today audiences easily accept a new face if the story is told well. Audiences prefer a show only because of the content.

You have done various shows in the past, but it is your current show that has given you maximum attention.What matters most in this competitive industry?
I am lucky and happy that the audiences have accepted me so easily. All shows that I have done in the past had challenging characters, but sometimes few shows work and sometimes few don't. A perfect blend of the show timing, character, story-line and channel make a show successful. It's a mix of all these things that worked for me this time. I also want the audiences to connect to me as Dheeraj.

You have worked with Soha Ali Khan, Vidya Balan, and Kainaaz Motiwala in advertisements. Do you feel today advertisements have become an important part of actor's career so that the biggies of the industry can spot them easily?
My career graph is different. I started my career by doing advertisements and then did TV shows. I have done around 50-60 commercials and 80 print advertisements. Financially, advertisements are better, but TV shows give popularity and surety of regular income.

All your females fans are keen to know about your relationship status?
(Laughs) I am not single. My girlfriend is from the entertainment industry only. But I can't reveal much about her at the moment. When the time is right, I will surely talk about it.

There have been constant speculations about Dheeraj and his previous co-star Vinny Arora being in a relationship. They have been constantly spotted at various restaurants, parties and events in Mumbai. When further probed, Dheeraj just said "No. It is not her."

No worries Dheeraj, we are sure the day you will talk about her, Vinny would be more than happy.
