Perfectly said Sri; i have tried to watch it so many times on and off but I just cannot sit through more than 10 minutes of it. The execution is just really bad and dialogues and situations are extremely cliche. I also feel that more time is spent on Supriya's scenes than on Sanaya's and for some reason they come across as slightly better planned.
To be perfectly honest; i do not see this improving dramatically after the wedding either; maybe it will get slightly better simply because there will be more of YaYa but the PH needs to tighten the script, dialogues and overall execution and pull up its socks BIG time!

Completely agree on the above; every scene has to be decent enough to not make one use the remote. IPK was primarily a love story but it had equally awesome Arnav-Anjali scenes, bromance scenes, Raizada &/or Gupta family scenes (well all this atleast initially). Every scene has to be good enough to keep you engaged.
Also when the promotions were on they were saying it is not a saas bahu story; now that nothing else is working they are saying we need to wait till that starts coz that is the real story.
What happens if that does not work as per expectations either😕😕.
So instead of giving excuses why not start executing the scenes better🥱

meens 🤗 intuition says it wont improve…but for the sake of the crew n its fans, i hope it does….as far as im concerned, i dont like it…plain n simple

And yes J - the dowry issue was resolved. The guy himself said he did not want it... the original premise for dowry was removed ... parents agreed too.. and Ch an Manav set up the marriage in court -- parents leaving Ahmedabad is part of their plan -- this is so that YA senior cannot blame them for the marriage...

For me the issue is with Chanchan's friend accepting her fiance back... he was part of the dowry demand ( he knew)... and she accepted very fast!

@Bold:- That is logic boatwa Ash and that ain't sailing in this show. I didn't see one scene where Purvi talks to her dad, thinks about going to a house which earlier rejected her due to dowry and then she didn't have any problem with accepting the guy back. That was a total Satyanash for me.
