I kept all logic aside. All shades of black, white, gray aside. All thoughts of saas bahu aside. Watched the show with no expectation and thought to myself, 'Not bad, not bad at all. Itna bhi bura nahein hei'. Just when I was set to give it passing marks, 'Han' showed up. Good lord!

I had read a few weeks back (a post from an aberrant SI fan) that SaHan scene were good. That Sa had done it again. She had indeed created chemistry (whatever that means) with a newbie. Yes yes, you can all say, 'Yeah sab tumhaari galti hei. Agar tumne apni expectations nahien badhaayi hoti to aaj CC hit hota, SI apni jindagi mein khush hoti. You are the biggest mistake in the CC viewing group Hei Ne Ken'

Per kya karein, galti se mistakiya ho gaya! Imagine, the side kick shines over Mr 50% of the dialogues.

Was he not boasting about doing stunts on the bike? Did he think he was doing stunts in the car as well. Dude, at least act like you are driving (even when the car is in fact stationary) and changing lanes. Why the random quick hand movements on the steering wheel? This is karma laughing at me for making fun of the way Arnav was driving lost in his memories on the re-marriage day. 😭

And then he opened his mouth and said, 'I love you'. Not trying to compare, really not, but those three words said when both the actors where no even in the same frame. The emotions, the voice modulation. Sigh!

Last but not the least came that song, that would not end! Say bhat???

On the side note, please give the boy some clothes for God sake. And while you are at it please to get rid of those random belts that the girl seems to get on all her kameez. Kuch jyaada maang liya kya?

Heinkeinji:- Aap question bhi poochthe ho and answer bhi khud hi dete ho. Yes seems like we all were expecting little too much from this show. BTW got to tell you that, I had not observed Han's driving skills because basically I was fast forwarding the show. So chalo, I don't have to go back and see that part again. But yes Himanshu was much better in the show yesterday and for the first time I actually am admiring the camera work on IPK because all the classic scenes have been really shot well like the Rain Hug, Teej handhold, Classic Diwali attraction and the remarriage. Compared to that the camera work is very mediocre in this show - looks like the PH got some people and asked them to just shoot.

Today for the first time I saw Ek Ghar Banauga full episode. The story seems to be very simple. A orphan Akash a do-gooder falls in love with poonam. Poonam has a brother Deepak who is married and has some business problems and is at the moment staying away in America from the parents. Poonam's rishta is fixed with a person and now the whole family wants to get her married but Poonam doesn't want to marry because the family can't afford the expenses. Now Akash is trying to get to know Poonam. The story is very simple and the leads are cute. Almost all of the actors are newbies except for the parents.The serial in its second week is much more stable and the scenes flow around seamlessly - like the emotion flows steady and the interactions and recollecting scenes of the leads are cute. The sets are also good and Garima is the mother of the female lead. In all a 30 mins of full on time-pass without much to dissect.

Oh God - Why did I see SBS today man. In YRK it seems now it is the turn of having a doll marriage on the show. Lagta hai they are done with having marriages for all the youngsters and after that it was the turn of the Dada and Dadiji and now it is the turn of dolls of Ananya and Naksh. Why don't they finish off the serial for once and all man instead of stretching like this, goldie goldfish dying and funeral and now marriage for dolls. And got to say the marriage celebrations were on much bigger scale that we got for Arnav and Khushi's remarriage - Jhale pe namak much ?

Modern Mom is refreshing change ... She already aced the nervous side of Modern Mom in her last show which was by Optimystix wonly.

Another refreshing change is Amita ka Amit's ,... Amita's Saas ... Totally normal ... Lets know her Bahuriya her mistakes (which she does in truck loads) and is happy to see Bahuriya cared enough to work on it whether she could do it or not. Till now its nice ... Leads with no chemistry ... No major story ... Bas dekho for time pass ... Nicely done.

Main problem of Chanchan is that the PH and Sanaya both gave the vibe of "Show ki duniya ko badalne chale hain" Even if I keep that aside it still needs to pull its socks real high ... ah well they will need to knit it first to pull it up.

Eye lock is not Farhans forte but Sanaya has done it for 1.5 years with great intensity at various levels ... Don't know why he is the only one to face the tune. Another general acknowledgement here at IF SI world now is that Supriya's scenes are written better ... Like really ...How can that even be? Writers are overlooking the face of the show to write to be Saas scenes better. Interesting !!!!!! There is always an excuse available ... Moi loving it though. I know karma is just round the corner for me, its being very efficient these days but what the heck am enjoying every moment of it at the moment.

Pri: Totally with you on the fact that it maybe a saas-bahu saga but that does not mean 2 months of the show & beta-pati (the character and not the actor) should be represented as meant nothing. Be it in the show or Sanaya's IV's.

Yup they have already done two replacement in this serial within 6 months of the show and I must say their second choice is much better than the first one, in comparison of course.

Yeah hope his dad gets well. Actually I am little afraid for Vikrant because if Gul goes the Zoya-Ayaan way then he should be ready for the hate mails and bashing he is going to receive from the die hard ksg fans and truth be told he is a very decent actor to be at the receiving end. Just hope he doesn't regret picking this show up.
