@LadyM--- They need to freaking stop paying more attention and resources to the stuff outside the country ..especially to the stuff in Middle east for some time and start taking MAJOR steps to stabilize the situation within. So much unemployment,so many problems with Health care, so many problems with banks and stuff!...the problems are endless WITHIN the country. People are just sick of Washington not doing anything for those problems but instead wasting time arguing with one another and blaming one party or the other. I get it that they need to pay attention and deal with the problems going on with Syria and Iran and stuff...but they need to stop going too deep in to it such that at the end of it all it ends up gaining nothing but detest from those areas because by then they become too dependent on US and NATO countries and if they don't get what they want, the whole cycle starts again.

@Anu--- lol Virat does need some diction lessons. He needs to work on his dialogue delivery because at times it is hard to comprehend what he's saying.😆

@manvi's bag-- i think it's the memorabilia from their home, rishikesh and their lives that she wants Jeevika to have so that she feels like they are with her even if not physically present.

Anu - You are right... this country is not mentally prepared to hand over the reins of its administration in a capable woman's hand. With candidates like Palin etc ... it is proving very hard to even consider that possibility. I would've said Clinton was a far better candidate (at least intellectually), but then again it her being there seems more like a political gambit rather than genuine capability. And yet ... the undeniable fact is that this country remains one of the most powerful and influential countries in the world.

Amy - I remember a dialogue of a terrorist from some movie I watched long time ago, I can't recall which one ... where the terrorist was telling the captive US President that "You sit in the White House and you play God - whether we like it or not" Can't say, its untrue! US wants to have its say in all the foreign affairs around the world. But when your entire country's highest income comes from selling weapons, you definitely want to have to have your say, no? True! The need to focus internally cannot be denied.

Congrats on the new CC! :D
That's an interesting discussion about American politics. Can't say I disagree. Kuch bhi kaho, the US is currently the most powerful and influential country in the world. They have to choose very wisely when it comes to electing their political figures.
@ Anu - Is that really from SRK's twitter? His typing style is just ... *facepalm*

Why is this newsworthy? Had she delivered a baby, it would've made for a fine news ... lekin itni publicity kyun? After their marriage, media is once again in a frenzy!

Aishwarya in hospital for delivery

Mumbai, Nov 15 Aishwarya Rai has checked into the Seven Hills Hospital here for delivery of her first child, her spokesperson said.

Mumbai, Nov 15 (IANS) Aishwarya Rai has checked into the Seven Hills Hospital here for delivery of her first child, her spokesperson said.

'Yes, she checked into the hospital late last night (Monday),' Ash's spokesperson confirmed to IANS.

The Bachchan family has been eagerly waiting for the baby's arrival and has been busy for past few days with the preparations to welcome the new member.

'A day of expectation...but another day! The Lord has his ways and they are most special...we wait' father-in-law Amitabh posted on micro-blogging site Twitter Monday night.

Earlier, the 69-year-old wrote: 'The family gathers together from all over as we wait for the 'arrival' ... Greatest joy for me - a full house and the 'chahel - pahel' (hustle bustle).'

Aishwarya, 38, and Abhishek, 35, tied the knot in April 2007.

^This is newsworthy because there is such a media blackout on reporting about/photographing Baby B, that the media is clutching at straws for something they can cash in on without being sued. Did you guys read the list of things that the media are NOT allowed to talk about/report on regarding the Second (Third) Coming?! *rolls eyes*

Lol yeah. The poor media has been banned from talking about her pregnancy so they are relying and grasping whatever the Bachchan family is saying themselves/blogging/tweeting.

@SRK's tweet- Not that i'm defending his psychotic post, but all celebs talk like that on twitter.. Salman, PC, Shahid, Genelia or whose tweets I've seen. Its some people like BigB, and normal people like Siddharth, Vishal from Vishal-Shekhar duo and Rahul Khanna who write normal posts. Oh and Imran Khan, when he was on twitter.. He haaated spelling mistakes and bad grammar! I liked reading his tweets.. But all said and done, I hate the way SRK talks on twitter too. Most of his stuff goes over my head so I dont even bother reading his tweets anymore whenever I open twitter.. :P

and yes that's his dream poster. Obviously it is. PC se chipak ke khara hona iska dream hi hai.. *rolls eyes*

*Edit: Congrats on the new CC guys! :D
