JW is good but the character of Ridz was a let down and you know when i look at women like Gulaal or Sadhna, its puts Ridz to such shame

and yes - mansi is amazing!! But i think i am falling head over heals for Kesar - and neil portrays him brilliantly! Esp loved the maha epi and todays. IDK - i think i always have a soft spot for guys crying 😆

I did mention today that Neil does crying scenes so wel,, you can feel it and there is not alot of actors who can pass of crying,

I have always appreciated JW as an actress - esp as sneha in KZK and then again in Sangam. She was great as Ridz as well - but like Lennie said teh way the character shaped up to me - made me lose respect for her as an actress - she is still great but no longer tops mu lits of favs.

manasi is in fact an amazing actress. She is always in character - and her village accent in there too - i am pretty sure thats an accent and not her natural voice - correct me if if wrong - and Neil complements her so well. I didnt watch before the leap so cant say much about that - but the way his emotions are building is shown so well.

Manasi is too brilliant, what i love about her, every sec she is in character, and every sec you see a turn of emotions of her face and you know what Neil as Kesar has that as well, so they compliement each other well

And for me it was so important that they get the right older Kesar, coz i had imagine how Kesar should be when older and dealing with what he has and everything he is turning out how i imagined and wanted, and Neil is putting that across, Neil is great as Kesar

Manasi to me is probably one of the best actress on tv if not the best and Neil is fab, he makes you feel his emotions and today's episode certainly did that to the extreme

for me i look at an actor typically as an actor ... and yes JW is good though the character was 🤢

but for gulaal and the actor Manasi are both wow👏

Ali Haji as little Kesar was too good, for a child actor he was fab and for me he is a known name what with being Fanaa, Tara Rum Pum, Partner and so on

Thats why i also wanted an older Kesar to be the same as Ali, coz Ali was just too good - and if they didnt bring in someone who lacked then the whol essense of Kesar would be ruined and gone, But Neil has met our expectations and even more lol

I think its an accent as well, even though she is a gujju and so is Neil, and even Talli lol

See when you want to remember women like Parvati and Tulsi, you do with fondness and you do that with Ridz, where a woman had to be a heart of a show, she was a disgrace, thats why you cant put the league of women like Parvat, Tulsi,, Sadhna and even Gulaal today

Ali is adorable! I loved him in the flashbacks i saw - too cute!

Yea i saw the TV9 segment where they talked about all 3 being gujju- actually the whole cast pretty much seems gujju - maybe excluding Sushant and a few others. Keeps the ethnic feeling in the show alive.

and i couldnt agree more - you cant think of Ridz and not think of EMA, while the rest like Tulsi, Parvati, Heer, Naku (Oh i miss LTL 😭), Sadhna, Ragini, etc - these were women of substance!
