Brennan's character somehow tugs at your heartstrings with the way she tries very hard to always remain objective, focus on the facts and not get emotional....yet the fact remains that she IS very emotional in her own way...cares too deeply when she does care....so she HAS to find ways to distance herself in order to be able to keep her composure for what she does.....the kind of work especially....and I love how she's so innocently LITERAL about SO many things.....LOLLL

Exactly! You explained it so well. Brennan is all about brain when only her outlook is considered, but inside she is as much of heart as Booth is. She just doesn't show it so smoothly and comfortably as Booth does. Its definitely because of what happened to her in past. She hides her emotions and justifies everything rationally so that she doesn't get hurt eventually. But she is helplessly getting so emotionally attached with Booth😳

And the contrast that Booth brings it is that he's just all heart....and he shows it easily....he doesn't make an extra effort to hide it....except being in denial about his feelings for Brennan I guess....hahaha

Yeah😳...the way Booth doesn't accept his feelings for Brennan is so natural, isn't it? I don't know how they manage to do it, but the whole build-up of Booth's side of feelings is just so naturally done. Even Brennan's one is equally good, except that she doesn't get expressively uncomfortable when someone remarks about Booth and her😆.

Ok, so epi 22 i.e the finale......

---Firstly I liked that brief scene when Booth is trying to rush Brennan to the court for the witness thing when they run into David on the way...and Booth's expressions when he sees him...haha....and then when he finds out that DAVID got to read her new book and not him....LOLL....but I loved it when David said out loud that there's a LOT of Booth in the new book and then Booth gets all happy...haha....while Brennan is trying to change the subject quickly.

Lol yeah.............he looked so offended when he got to know that Brennan didn't give him the book to read and that david read it😆. The best part was how pleased he looked when David said that there is a lot of Booth in the book. He didn't even bother to keep his irritation at David's presence or the fact that David read the book already. And Brennan, apart from the fact that she denies the characters are inspired from real people, she ALWAYS avoids Booth's character especially😆.

---Felt so terrible for Brennan though with all that she discovered about her family.....poor thing.....the best scene is in that barn when she keeps repeating, "I'm Dr. Temperance Brennan, I'm a forensic anthropologist....my dad was a teacher, my mom a bookkeeper' and then she just breaks down and hugs Booth....awww....poor thing...

Awww...yeah....the poor thing! She just keeps muttering her identity aloud, the one she prefers to be. It was really sad to see Brennan break down like that. How couldn't she? And the way Booth kept saying "I know" and hugged her to comfort her........loved it! See, all their hugs, all of them shows this "I am always here for you" thing *sigh*

---Loved how Booth keeps showing up every night with Chinese food to try and cheer her up in his own way....what a guy....do such guys really exist?? *sigh* LOL

Ahhhh Anu.....such guys doesn't exist. And yet Booth isn't someone you would think is an out of world character. Simple guy, but yet has dreamy effect on us. He is so charming!!!!!!!! He knows how to make her happy. He knows when she needs support. He knows her so well.

---And then my FAVVVVVV scene in the end.....when Booth peeks at the manuscript of the book and sees that she's dedicated it to HIM....and then he smiles and looks at her....in the bg, that brother of hers...Russ is babbling something about how this woman he is dating has two girls....and just as Brennan walks back to them, Booth smiles while looking at her and says, 'Girls are nice'....I totally awwwwwwed at that moment! LOL....tooooooo cute!

The way he peeked was so cute😳. And then he saw that she dedicated the book to him and then THE smile. His smile is so genuine and endearing. Can't get over THE smile/grin/laugh. And Brennan, really Anu, what was going on her mind when she dedicated the book to him. We know Booth's emotions in and out. But Brennan's thoughts and emotions are still a puzzle. How nice of her to dedicate the book to her partner, her friend and still keep it a secret from him. And Booth, he always ensures that he makes us go "awwwwww" by one or the other dialogue of his.😍

You know I wish I had the willpower to slow down and then you could catch up also but I feel too impatient to watch the epis each time Mels tells me something about what will happen in the future and I'm unable to help myself from watching the rest :S LOL.....it's an addiction seriously.....I'm kinda scaring myself a little bit too....I've only gotten 6 hours of sleep last 2-3 nights cuz I stay up to watch atleast 6 epis per evening :S LOL

You explained Bones' character perfectly. *sigh* Such a strong, yet sensitive girl. An awesome lead!!!!! I applaud the creatives and the actors for making the characters what they are. TOTALLY yaar!! I truly applaud the makers for creating these characters too! I just love them!

Haan....you won't find a guy who can come as close to Booth even if you search with a tubelight. He always keeps doing something or the other for Bones. He is so patient with her. Which guy would be patient with a girl who is more intelligent than him😆😆? Exactly! He RESPECTS her for her intelligence....doesn't try to crowd into her space that way and yet he's ALWAYS there for her whenever she needs him....he protects her in his own way even though she's a girl who's totally self-reliant all the time and is capable of fighting her own battles....but the fact that he's STILL always there for her....I think that's something every girl wishes for in a guy...*sigh*....respect, caring, understanding.... And he's so adorably patient with all her zany antics as she keeps on landing herself into awkward situations😆😆....*sigh* That kind of patience is hard to find......The best part is that despite Brennan's rational boundary, Booth really knows Brennan. He knows each and every thing about her. Yeah, at least we can swoon over a guy, even if it is a fiction one.

Really Anu, I can't be patient anymore. I think I will watch Season 4 in DVD after all. But promise me, that you will order me to watch it on TV too. I will give you the day and time when the season will air on Star World, and you will tell me to go and watch it. Somehow watching it on TV, keeps the obsession new and alive😃. You have the season 4 DVD?? Is it already outt??? I didn't see it at the store though! Arey ofcourse I'll order you to watch it on TV too....yeh toh jitni baar dekho, utni baar kam hai😆😆

I was lmao when Booth takes Brennan to meet his brother, and he says he will go and get a cake for himself to give Russ and Brennan private moment. And still, he was standing some 10-15 feet away and looking at Brennan with so much concern. Such an unbelievably nice guy. Awww yeah....that was a very sweet moment....he says he's going to get funnel cake...but still stays back and then smiles after he sees that brother-sister have re-united officially again....the guy really is unbelievably amazing😳

I find it really funny that how the creators of Bones used 'murder mystery' as the bait and have showed such an incredible love story. I really don't remember when was the last time that I saw a love story with so much purity, innocence, selflessness and feelings. Especially an English soap with a clean love story has managed to gain so many fans is worth applauding. LOL I think the murder-mystery bit is to add to the thriller aspect...and since the character is shown to be this amazingly intelligent woman in her field...makes sense to show her as a scientist since science fascinates everyone on some level....the love story is there.....but the fact that they've given it such an interesting background....they've given the lead characters such interesting careers....that makes it even more fun....I doubt this would be as much fun if they were just two school-teachers at some high school....I mean the love story and the charm would be there, sure....but the kind of situations they land up in now due to the careers they've been shown to have makes it more interesting....adds the thrill element :-)

But yes I'm amazed that there exists an English show where the lead couple STILL haven't hooked up 5 seasons later....I can imagine ppl calling it unrealistic or whatever...but I for one love it.....it adds a depth to their relationship that I can hardly say for the rest of crop on English shows who are ALWAYS sleeping around and switching partners😕😆😆
