Chapter 3
Rey's POV
"So, where do you live?" She again started a conversation, which I think will turn into a fight.
"I am either at swayam's place or Sharon's place, and in between occasionally I keep going to my house." I answered honestly, trying to be nice.
"Oh ya, you don't have your own "Permanent" house na." She taunted me.
This is not done! First I am trying to be nice with her inspite of her constant meaningless blabbering, and then she taunts me. SHE taunts ME! No girl talks to me like this! NOBODY! And plus, I dony understand whats happening, the cars aren't even moving a millimetre ahead, the bikers are constantly honking, like maniacs, and I am stuck with a girl who dosent know anything except arguing! And Aaj hi traffic hona tha!
"Ex-cuise mee?! What do you mean by I don't have a "permanent" house?! They are my friends, I can go and stay with them!"
"But, if you have you have a house, then why do you live with them?" She retorted
Now this girl is getting on my nerves!
"Arre, my wish, I want to stay with them, then I ll stay, what is your problem?!"
"Oh hello! I don't have any problem! I was just asking! Okay?" she came to a self defending mode
"Oh please! Do you know anything else except arguing and snapping back? I wonder how your parents will be handling you!"
"Excuse me! My dad handles me really very well!"
"And mom? Mom thak gayi hogi tumhare non-stop chittar-chatter se!"
Suddenly her face become soft, she suddenly became quiet.
"Ha iske liye shayad, wo mujhe chod ke chale gaye... hamesha ke liye."
"Oh... I... I am sorry, I didn't know" I said softly.
"No its okay, I understand."
She gave a soft smile to me.
I felt sorry for her, inspite of all that has happened to her she seems very strong.
For the first time since she landed, we both were quiet. There was a comfortable silence.
"Okay, so now without any fights, we'll introduce ourselves like normal sane people, because this traffic is not taking us anywhere, and we cant keep fighting." I said to lighten the mood.
"I think you are right for the first time. I agree" She smirked.
God!
"Okay, so I am reyaansh Singhania, you can call me Rey."
"I am Taani, Taani Shekhawat, and I ll call you Reyaansh."
I just nodded.
"Okay, you are forcing so much I ll call you Rey." She said, after a while.
I chuckled.
"You are weird."
"I know, one unique piece." She winked.

Taani's POV
I really thought that Reyaansh would be like all those other guys out there, trying to hit on me and stuff, so I tried to maintain distance. But I am surprised and happy that he isn't like that.
When he heard that I have lost mom, he gave me my space and let me be. I like that. I think Rey (as I have decided to call him) is a sweet guy. And believe it or not, he really looks good.
We soon came to a halt in front of the bungalow, which I think was Sharon's place. Its really beautiful. I really liked the house.
I got down from the car and stood there so Rey could remove all the luggage of mine.
He also got down, opened the car dickey, and started removing my baggage.
"Hello?! Why are you standing there, help me remove your luggage!" He shouted.
Now he expects me to do that?!
"Excuse me? Why should i?"
I asked when I very well knew the answer.
"Because these huge bags full of stones are yours!"
"They aren't full of stones, you don't have the energy to hold them!"
I went towards him and started picking up my bags, honestly I couldn't even lift them up.
What have I put in this?!
"God this is so heavy!" I muttered under my breath, but I guess it was heard by him, and that wasn't what I wanted!
"Exactly! See! Leave it, I ll manage."
"To phir mujhe idhar kyu bulaya??! You should have managed first only na!"
I know that was rude of me, but its okay!
"Bhalai ka zamana hi nahi hai!"
I just glared at him, which was enough to shut that big mouth.
I waited patiently till he unloaded all my 6 bags from the car.
What? I have to take ALL my stuff everywhere!
He further struggled with my bags, giving up, as it was so hot and he was taking ages, I decided to help him.
"Give two bags to me."
He handed the two bags, and I went ahead, and ringed the bell of the house.
Ting-Tong
Nobody opened the door, while rey bought the bags.
I again ringed the bell.
Ting-Tong
This time, some one opened the door. I mentally thanked god.
"SHAROONNN!!!!!"
"TAANNIII"
We both shouted together each other's name and hugged each other tightly.
"How are you?!" she asked.
"I am ekdum mast! How are you?!"
"me too, all fine" she smiled.
"God can you both stop shouting, because if you guys haven't noticed, you both are right besides each other" Rey said while rubbing his ear.
"Oh shut up!" I snapped, "Where is your lover boy swayam?" I turned and asked Sharon
"He is not my lover boy!" She gritted her teeth.
"okay okay, fine" I chuckled, "No but seriously where is he??"
"I am right behind, Tans!" A voice came.
"Swayam!!" I shouted
We both hugged each other tightly.
"You know, I never thought there would be day called "Please shout and hug day", because if there was then you guys would be AWARDED!" Rey said.
"God, you got to chill bro!" Swayam Defended me.
I love him!
"you expect me to chill?! With this constant chatter box?! Do you know how much has she talked?!" he pointed towards me.
"Can you please tell your friend to stop complaining about each and everything!" I retorted
"CAN YOU GUYS STOP!" Sharon shouted, and this time we both were rubbing our ears.
God this lady has a huge voice!
"Taani don't you wana come in? Or just stand at the door?" Sharon asked, sarcastically.
"Ofcourse I do!"
I pushed her aside and went right inside.
The hall was big, and all the four corners had sofas of varying sizes. At the two corners there were 2 small tables. The between was empty. I went ahead, a passage that led to two directions, one was leading to the stairs, and the other to the kitchen. I turned around and faced Sharon.
"Sharon your house so cool! I love it!"
"Thanks." She smiled.
While I continued the exploration of the house, Rey and Sharon started whispering and murmuring something. Confused I went towards them,
"Guys is everything okay?! Where is swayam?"
"Yep ofcourse! Nothings wrong, absolutely nothing! And Swayam, he in the washroom" Sharon smiled nervously.
Theres something going on here!
Stay careful taani! I mentally warned myself.
"okay guys I want to see my room!"
"Oh yes! Let me take you!" Rey smiled.
I am damn sure somethings cooking, otherwise this enemy of mine, okay not enemy, frenemy, yes frenemy of mine, why would HE take the initiative to stay with me?! Like he always gets annoyed, isn't it?
"Taani lets go!" He said, Sharon behind him.
I nodded.
He led my upstairs and to my room, which was besides sharon's room. I opened the door, and
"What the hell?!!"
