Julie Plec & Co. ping - ponged Elena between the sexy Salvatores, and looks like the D3 creative team have taken inspiration from them. Although it has almost caused World War 3 between fans, this outrageous triangle has worked for TVD. But my prediction for D3: epic fail.
Come on, D3: stop feeding on the emotions of fandoms. At least TVD hasn't made any promises to any particular fanbase, u guys just keep on bulldozing over the hopes of many...tch tch.
