Lalit Negi to play Digvijay in Chandragupta Maurya

The actor is all set to enter the Imagine show as Chandragupta Maurya's best friend...

Imagine's historical show Chandragupta Maurya, produced by Sagar Arts and 72 Degree Northe is getting ready for the first big battle between Chandragupta and Dhananand (Sooraj Thapar). At the outset the show will see the comeback of Chandragupta's (Ashish Sharma) childhood friend Digvijay.

The handsome Lalit Negi who played the role of Shatrugn in Sagar Arts' Ramayan makes his comeback on imagine with this show.

A source says, "Chandragupta and Digvijay share the same warmth and friendship even now. Digvijay returns just before the battle and he will help Chandragupta all thro' the battle".

TellyBuzz got in touch with Lalit and he confirmed the news. The actor starts his shoot from today and his entry is expected soon.

We also hear that Chandragupta Maurya will turn a weekly now from bi-weekly from next month.
Look forward to lot many twists as the battle intensifies...

thanx for sharing . aur kuch kehne ka mann hi nahi kar raha hai..digvijay ki comeback ke liye itna intezaar kiya aur ab jab woh wapas aa raha hai to show hi weekly ban raha hai !! this is so frustating !! i have said a lot on the TB article itself, so if anyone wants to kick me out of IF for it then he/she is most welcome to do so, i dont care. i'm really irritated right now.

Sahi mein!!! Show timings nahi change honi chahiye... Ab to har jagah ye baat chah gayi hai ki CGM fans ko nayi timings pasand nahi aayi hain... so I guess Imagine wale hamari baat sunenge!
