THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT THIS J TRACK AND HELENA MISLEADING SEEMS SO SO SO REPETITIVE THAT IT IS QUITE UNBEARABLE. AND THE MALAY BDAY GIFT WAS JUST TOO MUCH. EITHER NANDINI AND DURDHARA COULD HAVE CLARIFIED TO MOORA, CHHAYA OR TO CHANDRA THAT NANDINI MADE THE MUKUT ON THEIR BEHALF.

Yes - Rajat must have lost his throat by now. It is like black magic has been done on him to make him believe "N loves Malay". 😆

DURDHARA SCENES, TOO, ARE GETTING PAINFUL. BEING CHILD LIKE HAS ITS LIMITS, AFTER ALL.

But the actress is too good. When she is gone, we will also miss her as she is the only one who brings comic relief. Some people are like that in real life. I am now ok with her character.

Dumbed down version of Chankya - But compared to Birbal, here he still does something related to Politics - Finding out palance lacks security 😆 or a drought in neighbouring kingdom etc. In EKTA serial, this much of Rajaneeti is more, per CVs. Scale down your expectations - You will be fine.

See - There is another point to it. Mura could have been shown as showering Venom on Nandini. But true greatness of human tendencies is rise above that hatred and see the goodness in others irrespective of lienage and past history - I know it sound like bhashaan but I am beginning to like her clarity of approach to Nandini - She does not harbour hatred to someone who happens to be the daughter of her happiness destroyer - This is incredible. In Mahabharat there are examples like this.

HELENA STOPPED APPEALING TO ME WHEN SHE HURLED STUFF FOR THE FIRST TIME 😆 I WAS BADLY REMINDED OF RUKS IN THE LATTER PART OF JA. BUT SERIOUSLY, HER CONSTANT BADGERING OF CHANDRA AND COMING OUT TOPS IN EACH SCENE IS QUITE IRKSOME

But again the actor is too good. I feel pity for her. And I am also anguished she is being used as a pawn to develop the love story between Nandini and Chandra.

In JA, Devi mahaan was shown to be magnanimous towards RUKS - It was so irritating. But here the other extreme of Nandini being cognizant of Helena in a different way. Could have been avoided.

MALAY IS DOING JUST WHATEVER HE WAS DOING IN JA, SO THERES NOT MUCH CHANGE FOR HIM. AND THE OTHERS ARE JUST NOWHERE CLOSE TO A DECENT PERFORMANCE SO NO POINT TALKING OF THEM.

Feel pity for him - By now he must be bored of doing molesting. 😆

I FULLY AGREE THAT SOME SCENES APART FROM KITCHEN AND PALACE POLITICS NEED TO BE INTRODUCED, BUT THATS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR IN AN EKTA SHOW I GUESS

Agreed - This jealousy track is very boring and many crass dialogues were shown. I think the serial needs TRP increase and it has also recorded some improvement thanks to this J track and vamp-heroine.

I am recording some points here.

SBP has shown tremendous improvement - But even now, when she has to cry more or openly, she falls flat - Understatedness is her strength and she shines in that brightly. See the scene she is walking out of palace with her blue potli . She begins to look ordinary unless the scenes where she speaks to Chandra in watery eyes.

Chandra and Nandini keep piercing each other's heart with abusive words - Most times it does not have logic. If Chandra says "I do not leave Helena but you" and she says "I do not like Malay but you " , it will be pretty much over for us and Balaji. 😆 So some forced events are happening. But the actors are pulling off well. Especially the Lead pair.

Remember in JA our rants on Lohri, Lep and Lap. Thankfully here the love story is evenly poised and placed. Nandini longs for Chandra and she also feels J. 😉 A great relief.

I loved the scene between Mura and Nandini - When she explained why she came off from party so soon, she was so sincere, naive and a honest sweet girl who could not stand that husband is ignoring her. Sweta shone in that scene. ( By the way, I am upgrading JOKEMATA to MATA as Mura has some good qualities, I discovered last week). 😆

Helena character is highly compromised but the actor is truly fantastic in her scenes. She is very nuanced in her performances.

I would have preferred a MU where someone mis-informs Chandra that Nandini is sending messages to her father through spies and planning something etc. This would have been a bit interesting than Kitchen politics stuff.

My only worry is no politics and no more territory acquisition etc.

Otherwise, compared to the perennial DEVI MA Pooja elsewhere we witnessed, here we are in for a promising love story ; Let's enjoy the good scenes.
