Aunty, below is my earlier post you were looking for:
A very interesting debate going on around Helena and Nandini. I'm enjoying it😊
Helena is ambitious, yes, but not heartless...as we have seen wrt her handling of Chandra.
She's proud, yes, but also respects formidable opposition...as we saw her becoming friends with Nandini after their duel.
I don't think, she's still vying for Malayketu, she wants him to teach a lesson for disrespecting her, BUT she truly values what she's got with Chandra, and she has faith in him, and has not trifled with her life...she's too intelligent for being just a woman scorned.

As for Nandini, she's a daughter, yes, BUT SHE'S, NOT, JUST A DAUGHTER, she is also a Princess. I think she's forgotten that or knows nothing about its responsibilities...she's not a Princess in just a war room and not only to win a battle for her father. She's got a Kingdom, the one, about which she blabbers eloquently about but knows nothing about its state or her Praja...her father shelters or misguides her but did not cage her. She's not a toddler, but it seems, she has never put a foot outside her palace gates, never met or interacted with her praja...a la frog in a well syndrome...otherwise she would have known her Pita Maharaja's true colour. It is not that she has not been made aware of her surroundings, even inside palace, her mother tries indirectly, but she chose and chooses to turn a blind eye. Therefore, Chandra was right when he said, "you're part of your father's crime and will get punished".

In last night's episode, she did not even made an attempt to listen, like really listen to what Chandra was telling her...her mind was one tracked...he's my Pita maharaja's enemy...that's it.
Also her going after Chandra with her sword was a poor after thought done half halfheartedly...the acting was below standard, I couldn't decipher, if it was sheer anger, frustration or fear.
.
We can see the difference responses to fear, in Chandra's mothers, one who's a simple charwaha's wife, only wants his safety even at her life's price, the other who's a mother and a Queen wants his safety but also her revenge.

We can see the responsibility a status puts in, as Moora, same goes for Nandini. I can't pity her saying, "poor daughter misguided by her father.
Even Prince Siddharth, who was iron shielded from death, despair and misery, had logical questions...certainly not putting Nandini in same league as the person who went on to became "The Enlightened One", that will be hara-kiri, but a normal human brain does have questions and puzzles, does it not?

But Aunty, this post was before yesterday's episode. Now, for me, Nandini is her Pita Maharaja's "partner in crime"...no "misguided poor putri" role going for me at least.

And what did Nandini tell Moora, that, Nand won Magadh, so Moora has no right to be bitter? Well, Chandra is about to win Magadh, so Nandini, be a sport and take a chill-pill.😳

I read Shailaja's and Tejaswini's posts...very well and thoroughly put in wrt Helena-Chandra and relationship dynamics.😊

There's no vacant position as Chandra's wife, both Helena and Durdhara complete and complement each other and Chandra...right now.
Who says, such a loving and caring friendship with respect to Durdhara and respectful and intriguing relationship with respect to Helena can't develop into full fledged love with time. Certainly CVs don't think so.😡

The sad, really, sad thing is, CVs will never attempt to nurture and nourish Helena's and Durdhara's relationship with Chandra...one will be platonic, friend-zoned and the other will be the cost or ladder on whose step by step character's assassination, titular couple's so called "amar" relationship will be built.
I can only imagine butchering of Helena's character...which will start sooner than later...but will enjoy the ride till it lasts.

With regard to a past show, I can accept to some extent, reasons of hatred the heroine had for the hero...but here no chance😔

Interesting discussions going on. I still can't understand why the hell the makers chose Nandini against Chandra as female protagonist when there are already two wonderful women, especially Helena in his life perfectly complementing him. Does Nandini actually stand in front of the personality of Helena? It's pity to see her face in the banner of Nayi Soch campaign by Star Plus. When it is going to end? 😡
The same story could easily run with the name of Chandra-Helena, with idiot Nandini as a mere side character. 😆 But since the CVs are possessed by the idea of Hate-To-Love journey, they are bound to include a female character forcefully in this whole story, who will have all the so-called great mahaan qualities of TV soap heroines and will hate the male protagonist wholeheartedly at first and after some months will start dancing on his head!😡 So the exquisite characterization of Helena is bound to degrade herself in order to elevate the mahaan naari Nandini, who is going to teach Chandra the meaning of love and relationship!!😡 🤢

I am quite confused actually after watching Nandini yesterday! When she was introduced as a bubbly nonchalant girl, I imagined that OK, she is just a very common daddy's daughter, and like many ordinary daughters, she is not concerned about her father's deeds and is completely dependent on father; she has clear views about right and wrong, and she has placed her father in the place of man-per-excellence based upon that view without trying to know him. I had hardly thought that Nandini knows about Moora, and had an impression that the childhood confrontation with her, where Moora told her that she is captured by a demon, will leave a mark in her heart, and she will be able to feel Moora's pain with heartiest compassion of her natural humanity which will clash with her blind belief on her father...But Monday's and yesterday's episode told a different story. She knows about Moora, but does not know how her father has wronged with her and neither she wants to know the fact. It never raise a question in her mind that why a woman is captive and is tortured in her father's prison, and why she always rants on her son's arrival! A man enters in her room with blind rage and threatened her to kill her family to avenge her mother's humiliation, he insisted on how her father has tortured and tried to molest her from a long long time, and she keeps on listening with dumb head and did not even a question come in her mind that why this man is saying all these! Yesterday's episode was height where she loses the least humanity in her; meets Moora in prison and threatened her in such a cheap manner, clearing that not only she is blind in her father's love, but also she inherits all the qualities of her father!🤢 She is not only foolish, she is extremely cruel, arrogant and insensitive. Till yesterday I had an idea that she does not know anything about the autocratic reign of her father, but after yesterday it looked like she knows and she has every right to involve in royal acts, but she does not care as she believes that her father is always right. She has been brought up that way, and she is just as bad as Nand! As someone has raised her voice against her father, she thinks that she has every right to smash that head under her feet without even judging if he is right or wrong, just like her father does with all his citizens, and the way he killed the man in the 3rd episode who had protested to pay illegal taxes. The actress did no justice with the scene... rather she reduced the arrogant spoilt princess of the cruel ruler into a jhagrili irritating village girl by her acting and killed the least impact of the scene!!
I remember I found it pathetic when it was told in the first episodes of the show that the consequences of Nand's deeds will tell upon his daughter. I did not like the idea that Chandragupta will torture an innocent girl only due to his grudge on his father. But now it is looking justified, as Nandini is not an innocent daughter of her father, rather she is a reflection of her father, and it is not unbelievable if Moora and Chandra reminds Nand every time they encounters Nandini!
No idea how Chandra will fall for Nandini. Vice- versa can be possible, followed by a transformation of Nandini from Nand's arrogant daughter to the life-partner of Chandragupta Maurya... Nandini's characterization has to be broken from it's core, and then the crude to be rebuilt and reconstructed in Chandra's hand. She is a shapeless clay-pot now who needs to be broken first into the crude soil with the truth of her father, then to be purified in the fire of repentance, then to be constructed to a beautiful idol made of clay reconstructed by Chandra... But as it's a Hindi daily soap where only men can be changed, not the women as they can't be wrong, and already Star-plus and Bharatmata has certified Nandini as an ideal daughter and ideal wife, and it is already told that Nandini will convert Chandragupta to Mahaan Chandragupta with her love, what can we expect! After some months Chandra may repent to kill Nandini's fathers and to make her orphan and may fall on her feet!😆

Dear I still have hopes what you say come true
As in beginning it was clear by moora curse at the time nandini was born
I think we r judging and afraid because of previous show
But I think these two r different character and will go in different way
I think it will be nandini who will first start admire Chandra on knowing her father truth

I too hope for it... It's the most plausible thing to happen in this point. But thing is, the opening speech of Bharatmata where she said Nandini will make Chandra The Mahaan Chandragupta Maurya is scaring me. 😆 But let's hope for the best...

I think in first episode she mentioned that nandini will give him heart she will teach him to live life
Like today Chandra is only sacrificing he was doing everything for Acharya and now for his revenge
He doesn't want anything for himself
So nandini will wake that heart which once wanted something
As Chandra himself is extra gud person with golden heart and it will be chankya who will change the kingdom and do according to praja need
He is not Akbar who used to have so many wives and in his palace only everyone wanted to kill him even hus first rani wanted power but here durandhra love Chandra unconditionally
I feel that their love story will most probably start after durandhra death
And their son bindusara will become the medium
It's premuch clear that CVs want viewer to like chandur otherwise they would not have shown this type of bound and destroyed nandini to the core
So there will be definitely redemption otherwise they not would have shown nandini and mura scene as we all were demanding

Yes you're right! Me too thinks the same! But am unsure if the cvs think likely. 😆

There have to be redemption, and change in Nandini's attitude. Else the story can't be built. Let's see how they handles it. Only bad thing is that they will make Helena complete negative.

Right now, I am least interested in nandini and her attitude and only want them to show the wars properly in detail. 😆 No hurry to kill Padmanand so soon, otherwise I will miss Arpit Ranka. 🤣 Let Chandra lose again, no problem, and show us a good spy-circle of Chanakya. 😉

Also, I thought that Chaya aka Vaishali will have a pivotal role to male Chandra king... I thought she may work as a spy or something like that. Where is she now?
