Karan Patel (born 23 November 1983 in Calcutta, India) is an Indian actor. He is a Gujarati. He starred in the STAR Plus series Kasturi, where he played the male lead Robbie Sabarwal.

Patel also appeared as the anchor in the reality show Kaho Na Yaar Hai.He was a participant in Nach Baliye 3 alongside Amita Chandekar.

His role in Kasturi is his first as the lead. Previously, he played a number of roles in Balaji's other productions. His first role was in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii where he played Vigyat. He has also worked in Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Kasamh Se.

He made his debut in Bollywood in the Mahesh Manjrekar movie City of Gold.

Shubhangi Atre Poorey (born April 11, 1981(1981-04-11)) is an Indian television actress on the Indian soap opera Kasturi. She first essayed the role of Palchin of Kasautii Zindagii Kay. After some time she was written out of Kasautii Zindagii Kay and took the role of the potragonist of the serial Kasturi. It's because of that serial she is so famous today. Recently she is working on Rajshri Productions' Do Hanson Ka Jodaa on NDTV Imagine.
