Which gay couple? 👀Originally posted by: ssttuuttii
Thanks for the tag. Sign me up for the usual 1-5 books. Also, coincidentally, I have been binging stories of a gay ship since the last couple of days
. Maybe I'll leave the rest of them for next month
I get it, exams are important. Next time. I may not have the challenge in July, so perhaps August?Originally posted by: Butterscotch11

Superheroes... so I doubt you would be interested
Spider-man (Peter Parker) / Human Torch (Johnny Storm)
It's not canonical... but that's what we have fan fiction for, right?
I've been binging their comics as well... and could easily see it happening (although they work very well as bros / bffs / roomies too)

Guys, I need help. How to read fan fiction? I don't read fan fiction, but now I'm thinking about reading Sotus fan fiction for Pride Month. I mean, if I find an interesting Sotus fan fiction, then only I will read that in June. I saw that AO3 provides word counts for stories. Do I need to divide the word count of a story by 300? I think only AO3 provides word counts. If a fanfiction website doesn't provide word counts of stories, how can I know the word counts?

I’m sorry, what’s Sotus ? And what kind of fan fiction are you looking to read? Do you want it to be entirely original, based on a fictional couple (but with their orientation changed), or a cross-fandom story? You’ll find all of these types on AO3, FanFiction.net, and Wattpad.
Do I need to divide the word count of a story by 300?
Yes, you’ll need to divide the word count by 300—that’s the standard number of words per page.
If a fanfiction website doesn't provide word counts of stories, how can I know the word counts?
If you’re able to cut, copy, and paste the text, you can use a word counter to find the exact number of words. If not, you’ll have to approximate the count as a last resort. Wattpad doesn’t provide a built-in word count, but I believe a member here once suggested using a Chrome extension. It didn’t work for me, but maybe you can give it a try. Lemme hunt for that link and post it/ tag you.

Thank you! Sotus is the name of a show. Sotus stands for Seniority, Order, Tradition, Unity, Spirit. It's a traditional hazing system in Thai Universities. Hazing is something similar to ragging, which is done by seniors in Universities. I'm looking for original stories based on a fictional gay couple. I saw that AO3 provides word counts for fan fiction stories.
Likely to be because I'm not around. Does someone here want to run it? Madhu can help with the other stuff like stickying threads and anything else DT related
