I agree... I've read some of the classic comics (1963... starting ones upto like issue 30 or so)... then some annuals here and there. Other than that, I generally pick something randomly after catching an interesting panel on the internet.

I recently read the 5 issues special of Spider-man/Human Torch which I would definitely recommend if you like both of them. Additionally, it's a short series so you won't have to spare too much time.

Currently, I'm reading Fantastic Four and FF - Hickman's run... where Spider-man joins the FF team... but if you're looking for Spidey content exclusively, I wouldn't really recommend this one... as his role is very reduced with the main focus being on the Fantastic four family (especially the kids).

That being said, I've heard wonderful stuff about the Ultimate Spider-man run (except the ending I guess), so I'm planning to give it a try next. Lemme know if you wanna read along too... would be fun smiley9

Alchemy, I've a question related to AO3. Do I need to create an account to read fan fiction stories there? Or can I read fan fiction stories even without creating an account?

You can read the fanfictions even without creating an account, Shirsha. You can even give kudos (aka votes/appreciation) to the author as a guest.

I'll take some time to think if I wanna participate or not. I am already struggling to find good books for this month. Not sure if I'll have something to read the next month

Just post your reading preferences here: genre, type etc. I’m sure many of us here will be able to recc you.

I have the opposite problem - too many books, too little time smiley36

I know you have to read through duds sometimes but just be ruthless and DNF them if they don’t appeal within the first 15-20%. Don’t give up the challenge yaar smiley13

You can pick a genre as per you preference/taste and then search on Google. You can write "10 best romantic comedies written in English" or "20 great books that explore the theme of unconventional romance". You can find a lot of books. I've another suggestion. This one may sound strange. But it actually works. You can ask Chatgpt to give you book recommendations. Chatgpt gives good book recommendations. You can write about your taste/preference in detail and then tell the AI to suggest books based on your preference only. Third suggestion is that you can watch the videos of booktubers (YouTubers who talk about books and review books) to get recommendations. You can type "recommendations on romantic books" on the search bar of YouTube and you'll see videos of booktubers.
