😊 Is writing blogs the latest publicity stunt in Bollywood? 😃

personally i don't think its a publicity stunt . i think like any normal person who wants to share his or her thoughts since celebrity don't get a chance to say what they want to or are reserved to limited people so they bottle up all thier thoughts in em and blogs are the great way convey ur feelings and let people knopw that they are just as normal as others . i don't about other celebrities who write except for amitabh bachchan , i read his blog and he is an amazing writer and when u read his blog with the exception of tiny bit publicity of his films u actually get to know what kinda person he is and how he links tiny things to things that happpened in his life and all.

Nah!! Don't think so!!! 😃 Its just that actors usually get misquoted in the media...so its better to clarify those rumours in one's blog than get it more masalafied!! 😃

yep its way of keeping in touch with fans and clearing up any rumours more i think 😊 ..i only read karans lol anyways though.

yeah it is stupid publicity stunt

I have heard Amir Khan calling his Dog Shah Rukh Khan, and him calling so many horrible names. Then If this is not a Publicity stunt of being jealous then what else it is. Then Big B has also done quite a lot of blogging lately after his son got married and so many people got upset with him for not being invited.

i don,t think so infact it,s a gud way to share ur opinons with ur fans so they will knoe better not by the rumours spread by media.

He didn't say it in front of the media, it was on live TV show. I do understand TV is media, but it was said by him in front of millions of people in ones own front room.

yes It is a publicity stunt! to promote themselves and their family members!! you loose respect for them once u read their blogs....a person of Amitabh's stature....is so insecure...he defends himself and his family on everything and anything and goes on to criticize his colleagues...its bad....really bad 😕 ...

too much information overload ... i read somewhere that nowdays the mystery has gone out of filmstars (unlike the 60s or 70s) because they are just everywhere - in films, on tv, on reality shows, on websites, in newspapers, in magazines, in advertising etc etc....


and now even blogs!!! ... it would have been nice had it all not been a poorly disguised attempt to hit out at ppl who you hate .. its petty and juevenille and just so down-market..


say for eg: amitabh bachchan with his trp comparison.. (just giving an example, don't jump on me pls)
....his fans will say that he just wanted a layman's opinion and he was humble in his writing.... all hogwash!!! ... do you think they base their crores worth of decisions on a few blog responses ? for that they have their managers, analysts, focus groups etc etc ...

so no more celebrity blogs... plssssssssssssss
