Amrita no more single!
Are they, aren't they seeing each other, is one question that we media people have to answer whenever we meet anyone, considering isn't it our duty to know so!
After Ash-Abhi, Priyanka-Harman, Ranbir-Deepika, Salman-Katrina, Saif-Kareena (phew!) the latest jodi to make us predict if they indeed a couple are Amrita Rao and Goher Mumtaz!
For those who are unaware of Goher, here's his quick biodata! This good looking youngster happens to be the founder of the famous Pakistani rock band 'Jal'. Based in Lahore, Goher also pens down the lyrics of all Jal songs and plays the guitar for his band.
If rumours are to be believed, Amrita has been dating Goher since the two got together for a music video. When questioned, both denied the news (as it always happens in showbiz!)
"We are good friends. I don't think there is anything wrong in sharing a great friendship. I don't have many friends in India. She is one of my closest ones. Amrita and I are in touch. I come to India every month. We like spending time together. In fact, I have convinced her to come to Pakistan and perform here", said Goher.
Amrita on the other hand tried hard to show that she is close to all the band members of Jal and not just Goher. "I am quite fond of all three members (meaning Goher, Farhan Saeed and Shazi) of the band. It was a great opportunity to work with someone from Pakistan. Even a simple pleasure like sharing an ice cream with someone from across the border is fun. But love is confined only to the video. When I actually fall in love, the whole world will know about it", said Amrita brushing off the rumours!
However, our source who was present on the sets of Amrita and Goher's ice-cream commercial thinks otherwise. "The couple had eyes only for each other. After a take they'd sort of snuggle up near the monitor to see how the shot was and would keep blushing as they'd look into each other's eyes! Their off-screen chemistry was for everyone to see and no it was definitely not confined to the video!"
We are sure there is no smoke without fire here too and we have to say that the couple looks fantastic together!
