Ranbir Kapoor steels the thunder at 'Shau

April 4, 2008 (Sawf News) - Ranbir Kapoor's presence at the premiere of Shaurya at PVR, Juhu, Thursday evening, April 3, proved embarrassing for the film's lead actor Rahul Bose, who was completely ignored by the media immediately after Ranbir walked in. Ranbir was invited to the event by Minissha Lamba, the female lead in Shaurya who also co-stars with Ranbir in Siddharth Anand directed Bachna Ae Haseenon, a romantic comedy that additionally features Bipasha Basu and Deepika Padukone. Ranbir, looking cute in a steel grey Nehru jacket, blue straight leg jeans and red framed clear glasses, was probably more embarrassed by the media interest in him than Rahul Bose, who in any case is not the easily embarrassed type. We are betting Rahul was thankful that Ranbir did not bring Deepika along because that would have been embarrassing even for him. Fortunately for the organizers, Ranbir did not sit through the movie.
