I quoted you because your views were substantial. There were good points where one could retort to.

But others simply said she is over-rated, not good looking, bad actor etc. which in my opinion has no substance to argue because that is simply an opinion which doesn't deserve a rejoinder. I can't tell them 'Hey! don't say that'.😆😆

I apologize if me quoting you hurt you. I have to say both times it was nice debating with you. Alas! this time I was in a fix because I am fond of both Sonam and Deepika and the characters they played.

I felt the same way. I didn't think Deepika's role in OSO was THAT great. The way everyone was hyping her up, I expected something more. I think she's alright of an actress.. but I guess only time will tell .. We just gotta wait and see what happens with her next movie

i think i need to see her act in a few more films, where sharukh khan isnt the main lead and then see what happens next.......????????????????? 😃

we could say the same thing about Sonam. She had to only do two things in Saawariya. Cry and utter some dialogue or laugh out loud hysterically. That is hardly some acting substance to judge someone over.

In contrast at least Deepika got to show a few more expressions and feelings so judging on those two movies Deepika is a superior actor. It also helped that Deepika had such a great screen presence that even in a crap movie like Om Shanti Om and having a horrible director, people took notice of her.

Exaclty!!omg i luv ranbir but... Deepika is gorgeous n shes acting n dancing very gracefully and very beautifully at 22 n at 21 she started that's Amazing!! all the other actresses started little later in like 25-30's..she started modeling when she Was in 5th grade..n continued on untill she was 19!!n is still working hard!!

Others who already had a hand in b-wood are god actors look good b ut they are overated..deepika worked hard for her success...unlike some who only had to b born from a star n get tips from their father/mother/etc!!not thats overrater
