It pays to be thin

Adnan Sami's new and improved look has filmmakers offering him roles in their films. He is finally acting in Bela Saigal's debut

Adnan Sami's new look seems to be attracting attention from Bollywood. Adnan surprised the entire country when he lost 104 kgs in six months. Apparently, this has led to several acting offers from various production houses.

Adnan has signed Bela Saigal's directorial debut which is being co-produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and T-Series. Adnan will be playing a full-fledged role in the film.

Says a source close to Adnan, "Adnan has been getting so many offers lately. Deciding which one to select was tough. The offers are coming from interesting and big filmmakers. He did not take it seriously initially. But z."

Adds the source, "Adnan has taken time off and after much thinking, he has selected three films. He will come back and start shooting for the first. He hasn't yet said 'yes' to too many filmmakers as he wants to see how it goes and take it from there."

Another source confirms that Adnan has signed Bela Saigal's movie, "Adnan and Bela have had a long working relationship. Bela had directed Adnan's video Tera Chehra which was a huge hit. After that, they have been friends and stayed in touch. Bela was very thrilled with the new and improved Adnan and approached him with the script of her new film. Adnan, who is already being offered films, agreed to do the film as he has known Bela from a long time and loved the script. The film will mount sets later this year and Adnan is in the process of losing more weight for the film."Both Adnan and Bela remained unavailable for comment.
