Another thing that would also help would be to let him have big projects and not snatch away from him and not send his big projects to OTT when he worked on it for more than 4 years just because certain insiders may feel intimidated by the success of an outsider!

You also know what would help? That almost an entire industry barely talk to u just because a nepo is jealous of your success and they give the silent treatment to u only to pleasant the nepo kid a nepo kid and also spreading fake gossips about him 24/7 to maligne his image likes of course they also did with other outsiders like SSR.

Don't come and tell me what Sidharth needs or doesn't need. I've been watching what's happening in this industry for years.
