Why does this whole thing seem like a promotional gimick for the movie?

I saw a headline the other with apparently Shetty saying that you will be getting a teaser for the film during the IPL finals how much of the movie is shot?…. Maybe Paresh hasn’t exited the movie at all and this is all just marketing.
