Ya phir they gave him more money. Coz let's face it, he can pay the fine but the movie won't work without him. He has been a strong presence in the film, he ain't just a Sharman Joshi you can leave out of Golmaal. (Though I loved Sharman in Golmaal 1, they shouldn't have let him go.)

I dunno about you guys but Baburao has been my highlight of Hera Pheri.

Instead of releasing the news they could have quietly negotiated with him if the story was true and announced the entire cast later.
