He used to look a million bucks esp during ADHM times..he still looks good but may be it is ageing or he has gained weight?

It’s just the awkward angle at which the video was shot. He still looks really good and his same charming self.

I blame his hairstyle.But I am loving this free side of Fawad.Will def watch this interview.

I think he does..also i remember there were blinds during 2016 that he has problems with alcohol..don't know how true

He has diabetes. He mentioned at one point it got so bad he was admitted to ER. He also may have anxiety because media was asking why don’t you come back to television and he said he’s happy in movies where there is more room for growth. He use to smoke a lot and he may still smoke. He went through a bad phase when Pakistani actors were not allowed to work in India. I remember he was played bad jokes so he may got offended. Just my observation. With diabetes hormones imbalance issue may come along blood pressure. As you can see he is not happy in the interview. I don’t think he drinks alcohol. I might be wrong.
