I don't think Anushka is a pushover like that. At least I hope not, with the kind of bhashan she gives everyone else. She would prolly give Virat an earful and ask him to talk to his mom (if this rumour is even true). No one should bow down to such unnecessary nonsense.

Maybe she wants to spend more time with her kid. She does have some cricket movie coming out. I thought she signed something recently, but I have no interest in her, so don't remember.

I think she wants to change her image and do serious films. But everyone has moved on without her. She never left a void, people forgot her as soon as she stopped working.

She seems content with being an influencer. I have serious doubts on Virat or her in-laws forcing her to retire. This is same Anushka who didn’t beefing with other people.

Yeah I just changed the display name and not the actual username after seeing MostlyHarmless change display name . I just named it after the main character Tantai Jin from the Cdrama Till The End of The Moon .

I used to like her off beat movies Pari, Philauri and although I didnt watch NH10, I heard it was good.

Post Covid, movies like those may not see thetrical success but those were perfect for OTT

Exactly.. She is totally MIA. Its sadder coz she established herself so well… which means the reason for leaving is not poor work environment or struggle or no projects. She was at the top of her game when she left. She literally spoilt her career which would be literally near to impossible to revive now as she lost 5 golden years of her peak era. Disappointing!

She has stepped away from her production house and handed it over to her brother.

She is not involved with it now.
