K Jo is superficial and elitist. Period.

The tone he used when he spoke about Anushka, Ranveer was enough to tell what he was.

He is also more into looks. Like he was unable to stop raving about looks of Deepika even before OSO released.

He does not see talent or merit or hard work or potential beyond looks and status.

He's VERY MEAN to peeps who aren't nepo babies and plain looking.

He tried to convince Adi to not take Ranveer and Anu is BBB and Rab Ne because they were not good looking by HIS standards.

All Dharma babies are not good actors and actresses as we've seen. Literally no one is at par with yrf talent.

Alia is his only saving grace.

All said and done, his most favourite collaborators Srk Kajol and Rani are nothing like the star kids he grooms. They're neither thin(actresses standard) nor fair. Weird.

Yes but when you pride yourself on being a different kind of filmmaker and then end up hiring your friend(s) inexperienced children it puts your credibility into question.

But Zoya probably is somewhat fake and a hypocrite. Apparently she had offered the role of Shefali Shah in DDD to Raveena who is only a year and a half older than her brother Farhan. But she’ll still argue about opportunities for women in the industry.

For him to be his usual elitist self towards Anushka makes total sense to me- She does from vv middle-class family (in KJo land that’s BPL material lmaooo) but RANVEER? 😆😆😆 Never ever made sense to me b/c Mr “I only went abroad once a year” Singh isn’t a technical outsider (though his story reads like that seeing how he was shunned by all the BW big-wigs & KJo has admitted to trying to destroy his career) but he comes from a very well-to-do business fam. 😆😆 So it makes it even more hilarious.

SRK stood on his own feet after he was left out by KJo.. by having his own production venture, other business ventures, etc but SRK has not married into a film family like Alia. I know, many insiders might be willing to get married to his kids if they could do so.. but let his kids follow their heart.. be it their passion or marriage or having kids ❤️

Alia is RK’s wife, is a people pleaser and has her own production house, inside connections so she’ll survive better as she’ll get mileage from being a popular power couple ( RK - Alia )

He is learning. He did not write off Tripti Dimri. He is giving her movies. Same with Sidhanth Chattervedi. I know he has some issues. But he is making an effort to change.
