Omg what a pile of mind made rubbish I am reading here.
If Kjo was after Successful and good looking people, he would have taken Salman as lead instead of SRK, Salman whose movie HAHK broke all of the records. created history and did almost twice more net business then DDLJ followed by BBs and superhit like karan arjun, jeet, judwaa etc that time when kjo was finalizing his debut directorial and everyone knows SRK is nothing in front of Salman in the looks department... so here you go.
Also Alia's mind made story is also laughable as there were more successful actresses than her, why Kjo has to introduce her when she had neither looks nor any single film in her career at all? also her few next films like Highway etc were just average, and other actresses like Shraddha etc were not just much prettier but more successful that time with blockbusters like Aashiqui 2 and Ek villain..
So here goes all of the rubbish theories of success and looks, down the drain.
The only reason Kjo stopped taking SRK in his movies was only because he much passed that age of a romantic young hero, Kjo could not possibly take a 50 plus aging oldie as some 25-30 years of young guy roaming around the trees in his youthful romantics anymore, as people would have laughed at him, Kjo cannot make much more then romantics youthful films and SRK didn't reinvented himself anything besides those romance flicks (until Patthan happened) so obviously Kjo had to introduce fresh talent like varun and Sid to play the youthful romantic leads, how come a 50 year plus oldie could have played such roles any more after getting benefits from Kjo films for like more then 2 decades straight?
SRK and his admirers should be thankful to Kjo and Yrf, the two banners that actually made what he is today throughout his career right from the start of his career until for like 2 to 3 decades straight.
The last thing they should do is to be such thankless whiners and ungrateful towards the banners like Yrf and dharma who are responsible for SRK's stardom and what he is today.
Facts needs to be accepted and need not to be twisted and manipulated backing with no logic.
