I'm with you Hasini, I hate karela, might've eaten it just once or twice when mom gave it for lunch while was in school and was too hungry to complain

You haven't tried it yet! Please do asap! Crunchy karela tastes heaven! ❤️ Amazon pe mil jaayega aur local namkeen shops par bhi (local would be a better option).

I can only eat karela is when it's sliced very thin and fried with lots of onion so the bitter Ness decreases and slight sweet taste remains.

I like this littel story except one thing: Why is the gourd a "she"? A "he" could also be jealous at the other vegetables and steal and betray...

I would have prefered an "it" 😉
